Good
For knit gloves, you can't do much better, for the price. Wool is miraculous, better than cheap cotton knit gloves. Fit and finish needs some work, but fixed easily with a lighter, and I'll be reinforcing the fingertip stitching, and stretch areas, but for inexpensive wool knot gloves, they are great on their own, and even better if you get the leather "shell" these go with. The sizing is wierd, and the size I wanted wasn't available so I shot in the dark and the size I got is fine, maybe a little big, especially with the stretching they do. But all in all, good gloves if this is what you want, don't expect to survive the wilderness in the arctic with these!!! But I'd say these are "3 season" gloves!! Nice liners, wool, decent price.... highly recommend.

durable
The synthetic fiber added to the wool adds substantial durability to the gloves, without sacrificing the warmth of the wool.

Size 6 is XL
I typically wear medium or large gloves, and size 6 was a bit too large, with a lot of extra room at the fingertips.

Just what I was looking for!
These are just what I was looking for. Not expensive and do the trick. Only negative would be they are a tiny bit scratchy

Super warm for being so light
-but they're actually too thick to wear under most of my gloves. I wear them as choppers under uninsulated leather mittens and they're warm enough well below freezing.

Wow, good old real wool made in USA!
I can't believe the price on these things. They are heavier than a normal lightweight liner. They are not the silky soft merino or smart stuff, but the good old fashioned thick warm wool and they are made in USA, nice! I would totally buy them again.

Warm
Technically, these are liners that fit inside leather gloves, but I like them because they’re warm just by themselves. Of course, wool gloves are not for heavy work and if you use them for work gloves they probably won’t last long. These are good quality, warm, and affordable.

Itchy & was sent 2 right-handed gloves twice
I should state up front that I've since moved on to the TS40 shooting gloves which are not only as warm as these GIs but more comfortable, not itchy & actually have grips on them like outdoor gardening gloves. I have another pair of these GIs coming in because the size I ordered run much bigger than they used to & there's no point in having them at all if they at least don't fit properly. There's no touchscreen capability on those TS40s but there's none here either so unless you're looking at cutting a hole in the fingers that really shouldn't matter.Got the standard issue TS40 Marine shooting gloves from Rothco also but they're thin enough where you can actually do things with them but warm enough that you don't feel that you need a heavier glove. They also run a little bit big so a large was a little bit too big so I had to go with a medium. You can try to shrink either one but I found they only really shrink down about a half size at best telling me that neither the TS40s or GIs have much or any wool regardless of what the description says.Anyone that works in a factory & is given the thin flexible Kevlar style gloves will know pretty much what to expect from those TS40 shooting gloves except they're not nearly as scratchy around your wrist as those they give you in factories. And instead of the rubber coating on the palm which actually might be nicer, the shooting gloves have the rubberized dots all over them. Pretty much makes this GI glove pointless as it has no grip, it's scratchy & if you try to wash it & use fabric softener it just gets fluffier & fuzzier but still feels like burlap. There's just really no use for these GIs unless you plan on always wearing an actual good glove over them.I don't trust them just because they already sent me one pair of gloves with two right-handed gloves. Even though the gloves will fit either hand, the writing should always be on the top as any NSN glove will. They also seem to run a little bit large as a number five large is generally what I always wear but in these I ended up having to go with a four so that they wouldn't be sloppy. But I'm still wondering when I get those in will those also be either two right-handed or two left-handed gloves because the people in charge apparently are too lazy to look before they pack them. The good thing with the TS40 gloves is they come with a tag on them with the plastic piece that holds them together like any other piece of clothing ensuring you're getting a matching pair of gloves instead of these where it looks like they just grabbed two out of a box & threw them in the packaging not checking to see if they're the right size or if there's one right-handed & one left handed one. I would say skip these & just look up TS40 gloves either from Rothco or straight from Manzella right here on Amazon as they are around the same price as these & much better. And they're all around the same price so you've got nothing to lose getting a better glove with more grip & it's more comfortable.Edit: Got a smaller pair in and the same thing again, two right handed gloves. Whoever is in charge of this operation needs to be fired because these gloves have writing on the top and no writing on the bottom making it obvious when you have a right and a left-handed glove. I'm done with this garbage company.

Gloves
Adequate and within parameters of what was required

Junk
The fabric looks like cheap sackcloth. There's loose threads all over and the weave is also too loose and looks like it will come apart in no time. The fit in the fingers is very uneven, and the palm area is very big and boxy. Avoid this junk at all cost.

Five Stars
A little bit snug inside my mitts, but as expected.
