Fantastic Machine
The tank was a little too small for my humidifier tank but it was easy to separate it in two parts. A quick brush with a dish wand took out any little bits left behind.Tomorrow I'll do the mask and hose.I called customer service about engagement rings and the picked up in a couple of rings and were very helpful

Price and quality
This product works great, it cleans my cpap equipment thoroughly and leaves it with a really fresh scent. Makes me want to clean my equipment more often than is necessary.

Things That Make Sense
Bought exclusively for my CPAP machine. The compartment is a bit small. I have to run it twice. Once for the hose and mask and a second for the tank. It only takes 5 minutes per session and leaves my mask and hose smelling fresh. For the price, I would prefer a bigger compartment. But over all it works as expected. It can also be used for other things like dentures or jewelry.

Works Great!
Since using this machine to clean my cpap I am no longer sick with sinus congestion on a daily basis. Easy to use and can be used for other items . Have also used it to clean my jewelry.

It wouldn't turn on.
I unboxed this machine took the time to read through all the instructions, got my c-pap stuff put in it only to have it not even turn on. Called customer support and they couldn't address the issue so I have to return it. They didn't offer a refund at all but only to replace the machine. I hope this next one works.

Just the Right Size for Six Foot CPAP Hose
Bought this to replace the 2841 Model I mistakenly purchased. Haven't actually used it yet but I was able, with some determination and skill, to get the six foot CPAP hose into the resevoir. So what if I have to clean the mask separately. Might have to weigh the restraint down.

Malfunction junction
My husband loved it for his cpap hoses and mask BUT 3 months later and this morning it won't turn on 🙄 should have sprung for the So-clean2 I guess.

Little small
It’s a little small but u can do multiple cycles, doesn’t take that long. Smells really fresh when your stuff comes out. I like it.
