I really think this helps with chronic inflammation caused by poor diet and stress (cortisol), I feel better when I take it regularly. This product has been recommended by Dr. Oz, and, since I don't cook with it, I like having it available in capsule form. There is no "burp" type-smelly breath or anything from it like from fish oil, and they don't smell bad (as Valerian naturally does).

This supplement is great, it has high potency and is all-natural, basically it's just pure turmeric. The capsules are deep yellow as the color of the turmeric powder. Suggested amount is 2 per day, this way the bottle offers a month supply. In my experience, it can be taken with or without food and it does not upset my stomach.Just to be clear, you can actually take same amount of servings with turmeric powder by adding it to your food (which I did in the past). However, we all know how it goes- one day you add it, the other day you forget.
