A huge range of possible resistances and 2 sets of handles!
I usually lift free weights and sling kettle bells around a local gym to keep in shape, or at least I did until just before going into tier 4 restrictions. I bought these primarily because they have 2 sets of handles, which many of the others didn't, meaning I can fully work out with my wife in the limited space we have available, and secondly because of the price. I was nonetheless a little sceptical as to whether I could get a full workout with these. I'm so glad I bought these as they have since been a godsend and yes, you can get an incredibly intense workout with these with the right selection of exercises. You can spend a fortune on free weights online at the moment - I know because that was what I wanted to do originally. This is a super cheap alternative and with a range of resistances that you'd need a big rack of weights to emulate. Even when I return to the gym, I will still use these for some exercises, interspersed with slinging around kettle bells of course.

Very good
Why did I not know about them any earlier?!?! Excellent and they work perfect. I have managed to lose weight and achieve toning with these while being home . Good range of resistance and easy to carry in the pouch provided. Overall , very pleased with these.

Handy Piece Of Kit
With gyms closed at the moment I took the advice of a fitness instructor friend and purchased these resistance bands. They are suitable for various strength levels and come with instructions for exercises. Obviously once you've got used to them you can it's easy to add your own variations and if unsure there's plenty of suggestions online. If I'm totally honest I'd rather be lifting weights in a gym environment but as a cheap alternative in the middle of a pandemic I can't fault these. Recommended.
