I wanted some waders to help keep my dry as I worked in our pond over the summer, but I was discouraged by how expensive most wader brands were and also the limited sizing options available. I had the thought to check and see if there were any kid's waders on amazon that I might be able to fit into, and I'm so glad I did because these worked out perfectly, were just as high quality as I would expect from other wader brands, and for a fraction of the price. For reference, I am 4' 10" and I believe I bought the 10/11 size- they were just ever so slightly short on me, so I would recommend going a size up if anyone else is in the same situation I was, but it was a minor issue and they were totally sufficient for my purposes otherwise.

Works great - clean and dry for cheap

I got a set for my son a couple years ago for a fly fishing trip. He uses them several times every summer for fishing, playing in the creek, everything. Just got a set for my daughter who's 3. she is in love with them and can be like her big brother for a low price. Dry/Warm kids in a spring creek makes everyone happy. I wish the belts would allow you to tighten down further. I did cut and re-sew them for both my kids. just measure their foot in inches and buy a little big to grow. the ankles are tight enough to go up a size for growth.

I'm a 5'2, 105 lb petite female; was looking to find an affordable wader to introduce my puppy to swimming. I tried two of the child sizes (10/11 and 12/13). The 12/13 boot portion was way too big for my size 5 feet. It had 40 on the sole, so I think that is European size. The 10/11 fit better overall - still a little baggy, but it would work. The issue was the length from the crotch down. The crotch part was way too low, making it difficult to walk - in the pic you will see where my hand is relative to my waist, where the crotch part is far below that. The boot part fit generally well if you have thick socks - maybe a size 6 or 6.5 female. It seemed to be pretty good material, but I had to return them both since I cannot walk in them.

These waders are perfect for my rambunctious four-year-old boy! He loves to bathe in puddles and to go fishing in ponds. Now he can do it without getting totally soaked every time. The 4 to 5-year-old size fits his feet well and he can run around in them. Of course, it is wide for him and tall but I like it because hopefully it will fit him for a while and he is very happy with it. It doesn’t fall off him at all. I adjusted all the straps to the smallest size and it’s still a little big but it’s not a problem at all. The only problem is… Now when he stomps in puddles he soaks his sisters and we need more! I’m going to order more waders for my other kids!So far they are durable enough to stand up to my most rugged child. They are not necessarily warm but I didn’t want them for warmth. You can put warm pants and warm socks under it. We just spent an hour out in puddles in early April in Northern Illinois. It was chilly but he came inside dry and warm. I would like to also use them in the summer so I’m glad they’re not too warm.

I purchased three sizes and ended up with two. My 5 & 7 year old sons have large feet for their age, so I had to get a size up for their feet to fit which left the body of the waders huge on them. But they were still able to walk and maneuver around with the larger body. The only difficulty was getting the belt to actually cinch tight enough. My sons have worn these salmon fishing on the Kenai river, on a charter boat out of Seward, AK and hunting for minnows along the shore of a lake. These were definitely worth the price I paid. They were easy to get on and off, they held up in all situations with no leaks, and it was so nice to be able to strip them off and have my kids clean underneath for climbing back in the car. I would highly recommend purchasing these, even if you have kids that just like to hunt minnows.

Got these for my grandson for Christmas, he loves them. He loves to fish and wears them for fishing and also in the winter when we had snow. Kept his clothes dry.

These are amazing. Got my kids a pair each to go river hiking and fishing. We went in waist deep fast moving water and they got zero liquid inside. The only thing is one of my kids was wearing shorts and did get a horrible chafe. Would reccomend pants and socks when walkin in these. The waders have this handy front pocket that the kids kept putting fun river "treasures" in. Definitely recommend, fantastic quality!

I purchased this mainly for playing in the mud and rain because our muddy buddy was getting too small. I did order a size or a couple of sizes up so he can grow intoit. This photo is with all the straps on the tightest setting. It does stay put, and with a rain jacket on it should be fine, and that should hold everything together. The qality is great: it doesn't feel luxurious, but it doesn't feel cheaply made either.

Looks and feels as good as my much more expensive adult pair. Fits my son perfectly. Can't wait to take him salmon fishing with me.

My son loves wading around in the water. He was constantly flooding his boots. Got these and he absolutely loves it. Can go walking around looking at things much deeper while staying completely dry.
