I LOVE the stretchy Harrison Howard fly mask! My horses had troubles with the traditional styled velcro closure masks with daily wear causing rub marks on their noses and jaws and flies could crawl under the closure and buzz inside of the mask. These stretchy masks fit snuggly and don't rub at all! They are cooler too. The only downside I can see is that if your horse isn't conditioned to daily handle of their noses and face, it will make it difficult to put on....think panty hose for the face, but not quite as tight! Also, if you have a horse that is Houdini or rubs on everything, they will rub the mask off or snag it. But the price is very reasonable and these are easily washable. Buy several! I have a Thoroughbred and Morab. The Horse/large fits the Thoroughbred and the Cob/medium fits the Morab.

Let me start by saying I don't leave many reviews, sad I know.I ordered 2 as you can see in the pics. When I first opened the package I thought wtf did I order. But didn't take me long to LOVE them. Very light weight and no velcro to come undone and see your horse with no mask.This mask slides over, starting at the nose then up and over. Ears went right with no problems. I'm hooked, I'll never buy any other again.Thank you to who came up with this.UPDATE: Really disappointed that both horse's have some how removed their mask.

This fly mask is supper stretchy and easy to put on and take off. One of my horses get wear marks from most masks, and he does not with this one. However - my other horse tore the eye mesh off of this mask while the horse was wearing it. Defeated the purpose of keeping flies out of his eyes.

Love this fly mask and my horse does too, but the color (Navy) has turned to purple, and that was within the first week of so of having it. We live in AZ where the sun is intense, but I wasn't expecting it to fade so quickly. Would definitely give it a higher rating if this hadn't happened.I have recommended it to others who have purchased it since it is such a great mask but was wondering if anyone has had the same problem.

Not suitable for all horses, velcro would be much better. Difficult to get over the horses head.

My horse would have other fly masks ripped and torn off within days. This mask was easy to put on and my horse doesn't try to get it off. No velcro to rub against, it's soft and easy to clean. It's only been a week so I look forward to see how durable this mask is long term.

Light and effective. Easy to put on

This is a great fitting product. Horse tolerates it well and no flies can get in the snug fitting edges; however the seam has come apart on the first one I bought and the replacement. We machine sewed the replacement with a heavier tighter stitch and so far its holding up well.
