Totally disappointed with this pump as I was anxious to solve my 5 gal. water pumping problem, and based on the reviews I thought this was the one. The current pump I have, Terapump TRPMW100 works pretty good for the first half of a 5 gallon water bottle, then it basically drips, then come to a complete stop. So I thought this pump would solve my problems, NOT! When I plugged it in it took a while for water to emerge, then it only dripped, a little faster than a leaky faucet!! I have unplugged and redone etc. but to no avail. Then I checked the instructions (see below) which definitely didn't help, I need an English interpreter for that (I guess my 40+ years of practice isn't enough) Wow! So I am still looking for a descent pump.UPDATE***I received a new pump in a totally unrelated shipment through Amazon, I have given up on the pump, and moved on, then I saw this box in my shipment. The new pump actually work as advertised. The water flow was brisk and lived up to my original expectation. However, the "instructions" are still just a word salad. So I think the overall problem with this company is quality control or a lack thereof.

This is great! It makes a sucking, gurgling noise when first turned on that issue bit loud but subsided while pouring. It just sits on top of the bottle opening, so it can easily fall off if bumped or jostled in any way. I wish it secured onto the bottle somehow. But I love that it’s rechargeable, compact design and fair price.

This pump works well. Really well. Almost too well. So well that my wife asked me to replace it. That may not seem to make sense, but this pump puts out a pretty strong stream of water, enough that it can splash out when it hits the glass or pan. You do have to be a bit careful about how you hold the cup, or it will slosh out. It can run on AC power using the supplied adapter, or it also comes with a battery pack that lets it run for a pretty long time on battery. Hmm... maybe if I just use half-dead batteries, my wife will decide to keep it. It's worth a try, because this thing works really well. Oh, and yes, it does swivel, and no, it really doesn't mount to a counter top, even though that is what I did.

We use this pump with 5 gallon water bottles. It is easy to switch from one bottle to another. It is able to run until the bottle is pretty much empty. The flow of water is not so fast that it splashes/makes a mess but is more than adequate. I'd compare it to a faucet on half way. Pushing the control button to turn it on and then off again is simple and easy. We use it daily and are happy with it.

I am so happy with this purchase! Previously, I had a manual pump. You know, that you pump by hand. This is far superior. I want a pump because I don't want to have to invert 5 gallons of water every time I run out of water. My back isn't into that. This is the perfect solution! You press a button and voila, a steady stream of water is dispensed for you.This fits with plenty of room on my 5 gallon bottles. It doesn't need to create a seal around the lip for it to work, so they've left room for a larger lip. I'm confused by the reviews that say the flow rate is too low. What are you expecting? If the flow were any stronger, it would knock the glass out of your hand or splash you in the face. It's perfect as far as I'm concerned. I couldn't be happier!

This is an awesome little pump. It’s rechargeable and I’m almost through an entire 5 gal jug of water on one charge. I use it at work and it does make some noise, but by no means is it “loud”. I wouldn’t use it in a library though! Great pump for a great price!

Item as described, works correctly. You must push the on button to start water flow and push again to stop water flow. You do not need to hold the button in by hand. Push once to start, push again to stop.This item snaps firmly on the top of 5 gallon Sparklett's water bottles. I'm stating this because other buyers mentioned it doesn't fit tightly on their bottle tops. We have 5 companies in Las Vegas that deliver 5 gallon bottles of water, fortunately mine fits tight so I don't have the problem with a loose top like some other purchasers mentioned in their reviews. If you use Sparklett's be assured it snaps on tightly so you do not need to hold it in place when using the spout. All I can say is change to Sparkletts if you want it to firmly fit the bottle top.

Loud when dispensing water but super easy to use. Lasts nearly two 5 gallons before having to charge and can charge while on jug. Great buy

Im disappointed with this one when i received this last Nov.28 it works goods but now its stop working just almost a month of using!..,Im excited to bought this coz i read the good reviews but the product i received is not good,just waste of money!

The media could not be loaded.  Pretty good piece of kit. 5 hour initial charge time (hope it is shorter next time). Easy to set up, easy to use. I had to buy a training bottle for it to fit onto but no big deal. Put it on the bottle. Put the glass under press the button on top and out comes the water. Effortless. The only issue I had was the tube was too long so I had to chop it down a bit to meet my requirements otherwise the water wouldn't come out. Again no issue with this. I have it working on a bottle that is an ideal size for me. Very impressed with it so far. Will update after a week or so use. But first impressions are good and its recommended for me. Nice little gadget.

The shipping packaging should be more protective.Ordered 3 units 2 were both damaged in transport.Product good especially when not damaged in shipping
