I primarily like sugar around for my coffee in the morning. But I also am not extra fond of he brown sugar taste of most "raw" sugars. This brand's color (of the sugar) is somewhat between brown sugar & white sugar and the taste is great!I have one negative thing to say: when I decanted my ziplock bag into a sugar decanter that I keep with my coffee supplies. I discovered small dead bug in the sugar. I think this is someplace that the company needs to tighten up their production.

Just love it you don't need to add to much to have a nice taste in what you using the sugar , tea coffee, great taste
