I was looking for a spatula that could last a lifetime and heavy abuse (scraping pans on occasion, flyswatting on a brick wall once a blue moon, perhaps driven over by a truck once or twice). This is not that, which is ok considering the price of stainless stock. I thought I wanted some billet monstrosity that could sooth my irritation with the dozens of poor quality kitchen tools I've bought. Sure, the spoons bend, the tupperware is as thin as carryout containers (and priced as if it comes with a meal) and the teflon on my aluminum pans is mutating me...but at least my spatula could pry open a car door. I thought I wanted that. This is something else.It's better.The handle is sturdy but hollow, which precludes its use as a jackstand while making it exceptionally well balanced in the hand. Going hollow allowed it to be lightweight and sturdy while still filling the hand, making extended use easier on bloodflow. I can close a 200lb gripper, but my old spatula still gave me a slight cramp in the palm musculature. This one does not. The spatula part is thin but not so thin it will distort or bend with a lifetime of normal use. Perfect for slipping under potentially sticky food items if you use stainless pans. I suspect the handle is two pieces which may eventually fatigue & begin to separate under the torsional forces these tools experience, but based on similar handle designs in thrift stores that doesn't seem to happen for decades. At this price I don't care.It's beautiful, it fits with my thrift store cuisinart pans. Highly recommended.

I really like this kitchen flipper for many kitchen tasks. It works great for getting just about anything out of a frying pan, works to remove hots steamed vegetable from pots. Sturdy and cleans easily.

I am a truck driver, and I use a wok on a butane grill to cook some meals. I find that cooking in a wok is the easiest method regardless if it is an Asian dish, Italian or American dish like a cheese burger. With that said, I needed a turner for all types of dishes. This turner is perfect for my style of cooking. I actually bought 2 of them, one for my truck and one for my house.The Wok Spatula is solid, one piece stainless steal. It is sharp enough to cut through meat while cooking, but not sharp enough to cut skin - i assume if one wanted to sharpen the edge, one could do so. It is a polished look, but it does scratch up, which I don't mind cause it for cooking (not displaying). What I do is wipe it down well, removing all food, oils, etc. and then put it in the flame for a minute to sterilize it after I cook a meals. The one at home, hand wash with soap & water or dishwasher.All in all, it is very nice - when it is on sale or has a discount coupon, i would say this Wok Spatula is well worth it.Hope this helps someone!

I have not actually used the pasta server with pasta, yet, but I like the design, it washed up beautifully, and it is quite sturdy and I trust it will be as good as the ladle I purchased at the same time.The ladle was exactly what I was looking for - perfect size, shape, and it worked beautifully ladling my homemade soup from the large pot.

Great spatula, one solid piece so the handle will not come off. Spatula head is somewhat small (good for flipping an egg, not a giant pancake), handle is very long, so no burnt hands.

Ladle is made of stainless steel and one piece construction. My last ladle had rivets holding the scoop on to the handle. They finally worked loose and scoop came off. This new ladle is long enough to reach down to bottom of pot. Easy clean stainless steel. Great transaction. Cheers!

This spatula is very strong and smooth, it has just the right amount of flex to slide under your pancakes

I make food for many of the older people in my community who are homebound. Some of my utensils are getting worn or breaking. I just needed a ladle for the next days meals and this received good reviews. It’s working well. Sturdy and it feels like it will last even though I will use it many times a day. I’m happy with it.
