2.5" slots are very, very tight fit!
I bought this back in March and started with my archive stuff onto 3.5" drives, no problems they fit like a glove.Moving on to my (regular sized 7mm) 2.5" drives, they do not fits as snugly, while I can get them in and out the force required is a real struggle! I am going to have to find a way to trim the foam.

Assembled from 3-4 layers of dense foam.
I purchased this case to store backups. It's OK for that purpose but I wouldn't trust this case for posting hard disks by courier or by air. The foam is quite dense and stiff, and I don't expect it to be flexible enough to absorb the shock from an impact. I will keep it for the protection it offers when we move home, but I will handle with special care and separately from other boxes, which defies it's purpose and makes it too expensive for what it is. Hence, I cannot recommend it.

storage option is a perfect size
I am looking for a secure place to store my backup drive, and this storage option is a perfect size and easy to keep safe. The container is sturdy and well-made, ensuring the protection of my hard drive.

Preis Leistung in Ordnung
Gesucht habe ich eine Möglichkeit meine Festplatten welche ich zum Archivieren benutzte sicher zu verstauen. Am Ende bin ich anstelle von einzelnen Hüllen bei diesem Koffer gelandet.Die Verarbeitung ist gut auch wenn ich ihm keinen Sturz zumuten möchte. Hier und da stimmt ein Spaltmaß nicht ganz und der Schaumstoff welcher die Festplatten sehr gut aufnimmt, riecht etwas stark. Preis Leistung ist jedoch in Ordnung.

Orico Festplatten Schutzkoffer.
Mein erster Koffer ist voll. Überlege ob ich einen zweiten Koffer kaufe. Funktioniert gut. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.
