Great customer service!
When the product first showed up I was disappointed that it was held on with Ty-wraps, I left a 1 star rating because it cost to much to be held on by Ty-wraps. The product itself is very nice and well made; I received a call from mfg. who listened to what I had to say. The mfg. was very willing to credit me back $25 so that I would feel I received a good value. Great customer service !

Great product, Big savings.
Super fast delivery. I was expecting zip ties based on other reviews. However, the zip ties work perfectly. Somewhat challenging to install. But with a little patience, nimble fingers and a few choice words, damn near a perfect installation.

The guards them self are nice, but the mounting system using tie straps that were never described in the add. I wanted a more secure bolt on guard. The seller did give me some money back. So I did mount them, still did not like the cable tie system. Bought another make that bolts on using OEM mounts. On Ebay for sale.

Works as advertised
Fit our 2016 S1000XR well. I would have liked a little better attachment than using plastic wire ties, but it fit well and looks good.
