OPP ULITE Suburban Third Brake Light for Chevrolet Suburban 1500/2500 2000-2006, 2000-2006 Tahoe/G-MC Yukon/GMC Yukon XL 1500/2500 High Mount Led Lights Rear Stop Tail Lamp (3RD Brake 069-1)

Luckily I have a background in electricity, because these lights were quite a challenge. Connected all the lights as described and noticed some interference in the sequencer when the brake light and turn signal are on at the same time. I decided to connect the brake light only so it’s not a total waste.

first wired in worked but after 1.5 minutes it resets the whole light sequence. so i found this out after a cop pulled me over asking why my lights keep flashing and flowing almost every minute and half. the next light i ordered did same thing. apparently theres an issue in the circuit boards on these and A LOT of them were made and distributed. i was in touch with the actual manufacturer in china and they said it was a bad batch/lot. in short...buyer beware and test them yourself and see if you got one of the defective ones. just power it up after wired and watch n wait...

Works as it should and looks clean on my whited out truck. The ballast and plug are all ready wired so just plug and play. Only issue was it took a little force to pop into the the opening and one of the positioning pins broke off. Not a big issue since they just help line up the screw holes and once you screw it in they're pretty much usless. Either the pin is at the wrong angle or the body is a slightly diffreant angle than the OEM light.

i connect this to my vehicle... the first problem that i has was the fact that the tape that is supposed to stick to the window does not come off without ripping the led itself! the second problem I encountered is that when you are driving the "running lights" activate while driving making a funny pattern. this unnecessary function has got me pulled over for a driving distraction at night! and even in the daytime... i can't seem to make this stop!

When you are a basshead (someone who enjoys loud bass), things trend to break in your vehicle. In me case, it was my 3rd brake light. I was going to replace it but then I saw this. What a great way to make my Nissan Altima stand out. I love the way it lights up and all it took was having a wire diagram to know which wire is which.

Liked the fact that it adhered properly to the glass ( I cleaned thoroughly with iso alcohol, and then heated up the glass and tape).Only thing I didn't like was that it wasn't as bright as expected, which is what I wanted out of it. The idea is great, the output not so much.Can't say anything about reliability. Had it on for about an hour til I decided not to use it (My windows are tinted 5%. My original 3rd brake light was actually brighter than this).

Not really a whole lot to say it works it makes it look a lot cleaner the LEDs are bright and it's super easy to install. And definitely priced Right compared to the others
