I’d like to start off by saying, I buy multiple things almost every week off Amazon... and I’ve had a membership for 15 years. I’ve never once written a review. I’m a mother of four. My youngest is the only one I’ve really struggled to potty train. I just happened to stumble across this watch. Figured I’d try it... if it cost me $20 to potty train this one, it was $20 well spent. We’ve made a ton of progress in the last week since I bought it. Today, my watch stopped making the music when it counted down to zero. I called the number, and the man (I assume the owner) picked up immediately. Told me he’d mail a replacement out today. With the small flaws the watch has, it pales in comparison to the huge strides my daughter has taken in WANTING to use the toilet. With the amazing customer service on top of that, this is hands down some of the best money I’ve ever spent.

I want to hug the inventor of this device! We did the boot camp method with our daughter in August and we have struggled to get her on a regular schedule during quarantine. The watch is amazing. She stops playing and *comes to find me* when it goes off because "it's time for me to try!" Some of the reviews asked for a larger time internal (max is 1 hour), but it has been fine for us. I was initially wishing for a two-hour break, but honestly I think the frequency has helped understand when she actually has to go. #2 has been an unbelievable improvement; she has gone *by herself* twice in the 12 days we've had the watch - and this was without the watch going off!! If you have a headstrong, independent child who fights you on doing everything in their time - I can't recommend this enough. We are so grateful! (Sorry for sounding dramatic, but seriously - I have been cleaning up regular potty accidents for 6 months!!!!).

This literally worked in one week! My daughter was potty trained so fast from this! I was just really sad that it broke after a week… the sound stopped working … and now after 4 months of her doing great I need to start over again bc she is back tracking … I guess I’ll buy it again and see how it works.

I had to go on and fix my review. I made a mistake. I couldn’t figure out how to unlock the band. User error.I’ll give it a 4 because it plays a cute melody that my child likes and goes off in 30 min intervals. I couldn’t figure out how to change that. But the watch works great other than that.Purchased with separate battery because I didn’t know it came with it. I hoped it would and it did.I just kind of feel like I can just use my regular watch with timer. Somewhat a waste of money.

I ordered this to help my three year old with remembering. We have potty training mastered all but timing, sometimes she forgets. I purchased the watch in PINK, it came in a clearly labeled PINK package but with a blue watch... I did order it with the replacement batteries (thankfully) and when it arrived it was dead dead. I had to use my replacement batteries already. It was a huge pain to get open and replace, and the time even though it says an hour is really slow so it’s actually TWO HOURS before it chimes!Definitely returning for a refund and going to have to find a better watch that doesn’t malfunction across the board

At first I thought the batteries didn’t work and was pretty frustrated. I called the customer service number and the gentleman answered the phone pretty quickly and not only explained how to turn it on, he also walked me through the steps to get the timer setting I want and how to turn it off. He spoke English and I didn’t have to go through an automated machine. Great customer service and the watch fits my tiny petite 2 year old well, plus she loves it. Great buy. Will definitely recommend! It’s easy to use once you learn how to use it.

My only problem with the watch. Don't know how to turn it off at bed time. It keep on going off every 30 minutes. Have to put in the kitchen so we don't hear it at night. Put my great niece love it. When it going off she say potty. And show us the watch music play and lights flashing. She love the potty we got that flush and make that sound too.
