In the 14" and 18" sizes, these fit a range of dolls, are well made, and versatile. I like the white ones, because I can try out small batches of plant dye with them. My granddaughter loved them for her doll, with skirts I made for her. If you are learning to sew, by the way, skirts are very easy to make, and matched with these shirts, you have it made. They'd look good with a vest, too, which is another easy sewing project for a beginner sewist or for a child.

I really didn't want to spend this much on tiny little doll shirts. Although, once I received the shirts, I was feeling better about the purchase. The shirts came in a little box all nice and neat, instead of just tossed into a plastic bag like most of the adult and children clothes I order, so that was a nice little touch, just shows the seller cares about their product, not just your money. The colors all look exactly as the photos, the material seems pretty darn good quality for the price, better than most the doll clothes you'll find at local big box retailers for $10+ for one dinky little cheap outfit. I did not notice anywhere that said they were velcro closure in the back (this could be to my lack of reading the description lol). I would have preferred them to be more of a pull over type rather than the velcro closure for what I am doing with them. But for just doll clothes the velcro is best to keep the shape and last longer, and as for younger children, they won't have as many problems getting the shirt on their dolls. When I noticed the velcro my initial thought was "darn! I am going to have to return these, they aren't going to work for what I was going to do with them," but the more I looked them over I realized, these are much better quality than I was expected especially for the price, and they look nice on the dolls, and I also knew my daughter would one like the colors, and two love the velcro as it's easier for a young child to put on and take off of their plastic not so flexible American Girl Dolls. So I would definitely say get them!

THE SIZE IS PERFECT

I'm an adult doll collector who just started getting back into American Girl and I wanted to get my new girl, Cat, some wardrobe basics and since I love pastels I grabbed these. I didn't know for sure what to expect since off-brand clothes can vary greatly in quality but these are good! They fit her perfectly and are soft and nice-feeling fabric, no unfinished seams or anything. I've been decorating them with things like lace, rhinestones and iron-on patches and they're turning out really cute. I can't speak for the fit on other 18 inch dolls nor can I speak to how they'd hold up through rougher play as while I do play with my dolls I'm more cautious about it than a kid might be, but I'd absolutely recommend these if you also want to fill out your AG (or presumably other similarly sized doll) wardrobe with some cute colors!

We used these as a favor to take home for guests at my daughter's american girl themed birthday. They worked wonderfully. I also purchased an American Girl stamp and stencil shirt decor kit. it worked fine with these shirts. The kids kept busy and enjoyed creating their own design for their doll. I was happy these had variety of color. Quality seemed great and velcro closure good for kids to easily dress or undress their dolls.
