Didn’t work! Sparked the very first time!
Though after reading reviews I ordered this item(some comments read that its not good quality) but many comments were good! The first time I plugged in the switch board, it sparked! Himalayan rock salt is good but the lighting board or bulb is not of good quality!

The quality is not that great.
The product quality is not that great. Though it works fine from electric bulb perspective but I had this product earlier from Randhawa and that quality was much much better. The wooden base of this product is not aligned properly and overall the touch n feel of salt pieces will not give you that great feeling. Probably I’m being more critical since I have used a better quality product from a different supplier.

Material was decaying quick but the customer care is very good
The lamp was steadily getting smaller by discharging salt even after it keeps in dry and cool room.Contacted seller and Shri Akhalesh contacted me promptly and sent another lamp. He followed up the courier and made sure to deliver the material nicely.I liked the customer care they have taken up.
