No use not working very of money

I have used these on several occasions and they work great.

This is the best non-prescription sleep aid I have ever used. Melatonin alone will help me fall asleep but it won't help me stay asleep. And it isn't really expected to because that is not how it works. So I was also taking Diphenhydramine (the active ingredient in Unisom and also Benadryl) to stay asleep. It worked OK but I felt drowsy in the morning.My doctor prescribed Ambien and it worked great. Except that my wife complained because she could have entire conversations with me and I would not remember in the morning that we even talked. Plus, I did a couple of kinda loopy things that I did not remember later. I also got a bit dependent on Ambien after about 2 weeks and found I could not sleep without it.I went to the health food and supplements store to look for a solution there. I looked at GABA, Valerian Root, Lemon Balm extract and other supplements to try to come up with something that might work for me. The practitioner in the store recommended Irwin Natural Power to Sleep PM and I took home a bottle of 60 liquid soft gels.The dosage is 2 of the gel capsules 39 minutes before bedtime. These are the biggest capsules I have ever tried to swallow. They are about an inch long and a quarter inch in diameter. And you have to take two of them. Because they're soft gels I actually had no problem swallowing them despite my initial trepidation.How did they work? They worked great. They're a combination of the sleep aid ingredients mentioned above plus other beneficial ingredients. It helps me get drowsy and fall asleep and then it keeps me asleep. No, not as good as Ambien. But better than anything else.I have tried.I used to wake up in the middle of the night and could not get back to sleep for 1 to 2 hours. This made me very tired the next day. This product didn't keep me from waking up in the middle of the night, but I wasn't up for long. I may realize I woke up but then I fall back to sleep in minutes. If I wake up enough that I want to try to read to go back to sleep, which used to stretch up to 2 hours, now I am only awake for 5 to 10 minutes before I am so drowsy thar I go back to sleep.Where the experience with Ambien is that I simply fall asleep and the next thing I know it is morning, this product feels a bit heavy and I might wake up in the night a few times but I feel like a heavy blanket or something is holding me heavily into the bed and I don't feel like I can move or even open my eyes without a lot of effort. Then, in the morning, I wake up just fine and only sometimes experience some mild grogginess.I bought the huge 120 capsule bottle from Amazon and I am very pleased with the delivery and the quality of the product. 10/10 would buy again.

I purchased 3 bottles of this from RED TAG SALE as I have alot of trouble sleeping through the night. I waited a month before opening the bottles as I stil had a different type of sleep med to finish. My sister uses this and it works great for her. She buys hers at the local health store, Vitaminshoppe. I live a good 45 minutes from town so I thought I'd purchase mine online. When I received my 3 bottles and opened one up the smell coming from inside the bottle was horrible. I took a few out and they were greasy as if covered in oil and oil was all on the inside of the bottle. I thought maybe just one of the bottles was defective. I opened the 2nd bottle which was the same way. Same thing with the 3rd bottle As I've never purchased this product before I thought maybe this is how they're supposed to be. I called my sister and asked her if hers stinks like crazy and if they're real greasy. She said absolutely not. She notices no smell and hers are very dry when she takes them out. I asked her to take them in to my moms house when we go. I couldn't believe the difference in mine and hers. I e-mailed RED TAG SALE and explained to them how my bottles arrived and how my sisters are not smelly and oily like the ones I received from them . They did't even give me the courtesy of a return e-mail or send a letter or any reply what so ever. I will NEVER buy anything from this company again. I don't know what they are doing to the product to cause it to arrive as mine did.I can think of NO REASON why their product is completely ruined and nothing like the product you can purchase at local health food stores. I was too scared to take any of the pills and I threw all 3 bottles in the trash.

At first I was taking OLLY Extra strength sleep supplements - yet I found that I was having vivid unpleasant dreams. These don't cause those. Some may find these soft-gels to be large, but they do go down easy with their shape. You may be surprised at the odor - yet that's just the valerian root - it's ok. They do work gently so I have to give myself 45 mins.
