Boots fit great. Comfortable straight out the box. I work outside and am very rough on boots. They are waterproof up to the elastic. Seem to be good quality material. I hope they hold up. If they don’t I will change the 5 star rating.

Overall, these are great work boots. I work in an oil-filled machine shop with a lot of foot hazards. These are perfect for that environment. I like how I can slip them on and off without a lot of effort, but still have great support and comfort. About comfort. The only dissatisfaction I have is they rub the back of the leg just above the heel. The first day wearing these boots, left me with bilateral open sores from abrasion. It's best to wear a thick tall sock. This is an area the manufacturer should look into and correct.

So...if you can get these to your door for 60% of a Redback then maybe. They are a close approximation of ubbk's with a few caveates. Theses may be clones of the ubbk but the liner and included insole really take up some realestate inside. Mine are not broke in yet and the insole is replaced with a thinner gel product. The build quality is decent. Once donning yonder boot It takes 10 min or so to get the lining at the ankle to relinquish its brutal stranglehold but after that their not too bad. They'er fairly close to RB's but if your expecting that "very old friend" experience on your foot go for the real ubbk.Will update in 6 mo or so.....

Ive been wearing these boots for 2 years now. Ive worn boots most of my adult life and these are probably my favorite. With the included insoles, they are very comfortable even after spending 13 hours a day on my feet.They have held up extremely well over 2 years but I dont do heavy manual labor regularly.Boots still look good and are easy to take on and off.CON: These cost $80 when I bought them in 2021.

One of these boots ate into my lower shin, very painful. Thus, the 4 star rating. The front tongue of one of the boots was pointed at, and was stiff enough to make a bruised spot. It did not wear the skin away to cause an open wound. Over time the boot softened and my shin toughened to where it's not an issue anymore. Initial shin episode aside, they fit well and slide off and on easily.

Had a little accident with an ax while hanging out at the beach. My right boot took the brunt of the force due to thick leather and I'm still walking on my two feet. So, I bought these the second time!

Held up pretty good for 2 years. Purchase again this year. These are used every day by my husband who is a mechanic.
