Deadman Wonderland, Vol. 1 (1) Paperback – Illustrated, February 11, 2014

It came in perfect condition. I'm very excited to read the manga, as the anime didn't follow the story correctly(reddit forums convinced me to buy the mangas) and I can't wait to see what actually should have happened.

This manga is easy to read because the story is so good

I have already read the whole series via my kindle, but I also wanted to have a physical copy. I don't read too many of these books, but this was my exception. Normally I feel like the art is rushed in these types of books, especially since they must have hectic schedules, but I thought that the art is amazing in this book. It seems like every image had a lot of time and effort put into it. Furthermore, considering I already read the entire series, I think that the story is exceptional as well.

I am a fan of the anime and decided to read the manga since the anime is only one season. Great choice.

I watched the anime before reading this manga. I couldn't find a place to read DmW for free, so I decided on a whim to give it a shot. So far, just like the anime. However, I am getting the feeling that the similarities are going to end real quick as the anime was a huge disappointment. I love DmW, and I really hope this turns out better than the anime.It's very interesting for those who love blood and Gore, and DmW has a lot of dark themes, and a very dark tone, so go into it with caution.The story follows Ganta Igarashi, trying to survive in the privatized prison, Deadman Wonderland, the cruelest prison in existence. Ganta has been sentenced to death, but soon discovers the power to wield his own blood as a projectile weapon. In fact, he is one of many Deadmen inside of the prison. So, all in all, a good start, concept, and so far, a great execution (pun intended). Can't wait to read more.

THIS SERIES IS A MA Z I N G. Hands down one of my favorite manga/anime series to date! Book came in amazing shape even though I bought it used!!

This is one of my favorite manga series. The characters are complex and the story keeps you guessing, you never wanna put the book down. It has action, horror, psychological drama, a small dose of romance, and a few humorous moments.

Bought the first two of the series as a gift for my brother-in-law for Christmas
