RAGE CrossbowX 2-Blade Broadhead, 125 Grain
K**C
No lost deer after switching
After I injured my shoulder and could no longer consistently practice with my bow, I caved and went to a Crossbow in 2008. Since I had used Muzzy broad heads for my arrows for over 20 years, I didn't think anything of using them on my crossbow. That changed after a 10 point disappeared after a 16 yard shot. This was the second deer in two week where the blades broke off my muzzy broad heads as evidence after finding the bolts. I switched to the Rage CrossbowX 125 gr broad head after that shot and have not had a single deer go more than 40 yards. The best thing is the available practice broad heads with the same weight and design as the actual broad head. The cut these things leaves on the exit produces more blood trails than any firearm I own. Great product, reliable and the replacement blades/tips save lots of money. Only suggestion is to change out your O-Rings each season and check them often. A damaged O-Ring will allow the blade to open and not end well for you or the animal.
