Had a slight problem with heater,phoned customer services spoke to Janice who I hasten to add is a lovely lady,she in turn spoke to her Manager and sorted it,no fuss no drama,to be truthful it was a pleasure dealing with a company that cares about their customers well done Guys,that’s the way to run a Business,would I buy from this Firm without a doubt,fire looks nice not as hot as I would have liked,but I am a chilli morsel,end of the day you get what you pay for and I would say it’s not a bad price.I found propane works better than butane,but will post again in 3mts time for update.thank you once again guys.Mr RJ Roe

Arrived well packaged and with sealed bags containing all screws/tools required to assemble. Easy to put together albeit I would suggest that you attach the connector hose to the burner BEFORE you attach it to the lower casing. If not and you follow the written instructions you’ll require greater manual dexterity and an ability to see in the dark - trust me on this, you’ll see what I mean! Heat output appears good although not tested in a proper entertaining situation. Rated 4 stars overall until reliability in use is knownUpdate: I have since fitted a couple of very effective detachable heat reflectors to minimise heat loss and direct the heat. Worth the small additional cost if you don’t require 360 degree coverage.

Great heat output even on low. A bit fiddly to put together but worth it. Great height too. Perfect addition to our garden.

This is a very effective heater and appears sturdy and well made. The first one we ordered was delivered damaged but the staff were very helpful and we are pleased with our heater.

A cracking piece of kit which is good value for money. Only shout out is that the instructions are a bit unclear and that the connecting gas pipe should be fitted before assembly for the tightest fit.

Brilliant for our outside area .it does throw out alot of heat

Good product but a nightmare to assemble

Bought this so we could have friends round in the garden during lockdown. Works okay but could be hotter and it looks like it's causing rust spots on my new slabs!
