The hairdryer is OK, but didn't live up to the claims made. I kept it because my previous other brand of many years had broken and I needed to use it straight away. However, one of the nozzles was missing from the box on arrival. I contacted the seller immediately stating exactly which nozzle wasn't there, and after a few days' wait I received a reply saying I needed to take a photograph showing its absence from the box. I have been unable to do this, have informed them and just asked for it to be sent to me. That was weeks ago, nothing has arrived. What appalling customer service.

I ordered this to put by for my mum for her birthday.It kind of looks like the Dyson hairdryer, so that drew me to it lol also the fact that it has ion technology, I prefer it in hairdryers as its better for drying your hair. The 3 heat settings are great, cool, warm and hot. Being able to use the cool setting without having to hold the cool air blast button in all the time is a godsend. Although it is handy if you are using a hot setting and want a blast of cool air you also have the Cool Blast button to use if needed. 3 attachments come with it for different styles of drying hair, one of these is a diffuser which is handy to have. Good length of cable, saving from you having to stay next to a plug to dry your hair. The hairdryer also was easy to hold and didn't feel heavy for use. Another bonus is that you can remove the back cover of the hairdryer to clean it.Overall I am very impressed and I am sure my Mum will be too!

I bought this to help me keep my chemically straightened hair under control and also for the cold setting.Happy to report that it does a very good job on my hair and the cold setting is a real setting not just a blast when you press a button.Downside - a little heavier than I expected and the nozzles can be a bit of a faffUpside - still glad I bought it 😀

Drying my hair is definitely a task and decided to try and make it easier with a new hairdryer! I was sceptical about this one however it’s cut my drying time on half! Really lightweight and my hair felt great afterwards! Colleagues had asked if I had been to the hairdressers! Would 100% recommend

The dryer certainly dries my hair very fast, I noticed my hair was more manageable with no frizz !Not as lightweight as my previous hairdryer, would not be a dryer I would take on my travels to heavy.Overall I am very happy with my purchase and great value compared to other ionic hairdryers.

It looks and feels good. The thing I like is that the diffuser locks in. I have used big brand dryers and after a while the diffuser doesn’t stay in as it gets hot. So will need to see and wait but I think given that it’s got a groove and locks itself it will stay on when heated.It would be good if we have a separate switch to control speed and heat.

This product was bought as a gift but arrived quickly well packaged and looks great, lovely modern colour and style I'm very confident this gift will be well received.

I have used with and without nozzle.. Without is better. Otherwise you have to hold dryer so far from head. Diffuser very good.
