Tucker's Raw FrozenFreeze Dried Raw Dog Food, Pork, Bison & Pumpkin Formula 14oz

This product was recommended by a friend of mine who blogs on dachshunds and active smaller dogsI got it for camping.

I use this for medication administration a couple times a day as opposed to their actual food. It works great, just keep it in a small sealed container in the fridge with enough water to moisten.

I give these to my dogs as treats (not as food). it is a healthy alternative, and my dogs love them.

We had always bought Tuckers carnibars but they had been discontinued. It was very disappointing to my dog & me since he loved them & he did very well with them. My golden was delighted when these new dehydrated treats arrived. They can be fed as a meal or treats/toppers. We use as treats or toppers since he would need to eat a lot of them for them to be a meal for a 100lb boy.

Handling and shipping process from Amazon should be reviewed. I ordered 2 bags and when receives they were smashed to powder.My dog loves them as a treat and individual biscuits. Can’t very well use them like this all broken up.

Let’s be real, what won’t they eat? But I do like the texture and ability to crumble these up and add to the food. Do let them sit and rehydrate for three minutes and it makes a nice stew like consistency of their food. I do not use this as the primary source of her nutrition since it would be way too expensive but overall I like the product.

I've gotten this flavor twice and the second time the nuggets were very hard and dry. Like little bricks. My dog doesn't like too much water added, she likes as it. Sometimes I'll rinse in water before serving just to add moisture but they were so hard that the water doesn't have any effect and they are difficult to crumble. I'm wondering why the consistency was so different. The exp date says 3/2024 so it's not that. Pretty disappointing.

Great stuff. We use this as incentives for tricks, good behavior and Nosework class. Both dogs love it. The crumbs at the bottom are used as sprinkles for my older dog’s dinner when he’s feeling picky. He scarfs it right up when there are ‘sprinkles’.
