as seen in the picture. they fit well, without any aftercare. the surface finish on the bracket parts could be a little smoother. it doesn"t really matter in the end since most of it is behind the body. it is just, well - i know it's not perfect... :)28/2/17they are on the car for some mth now and overall i am still happy. but they tend to show rust along the welding between the bars and the flat metal strips. shouldn't really be happen that fast. my door handles, mirrors and some chrome strips are all original 1972 on this bug. they are doing way better. so i just deduct a star now.

I have used these before on a 1973 Datsun 1200 so I figured they would work well on my 1962 Ford Econoline van... because, why not? I did have to trim just a bit off on the end to make them fit the way I wanted, but to paraphrase The Dude, "They really tie the room together."

Purchase these t-bars to be used on a show car on one of the brackets the chrome is so bad in a 2in x 3in area looks like it's been hit with a grinding wheel obviously no quality control before shipment
