We used this to pour the hearth on our fireplace. It turned out beautifully. This was easy to use and I love the finished look.

This form was great! Secured it to a sheet of melamine with 4” screws in the shape I needed and poured. I did have to cut it up into different sized pieces

Easy to use and easy to setup and clean. I drove screws directly through the moulding backed up by wood as well. Detached from concrete very easily. Great stuff for a first time user of any type of concrete and moulding. I used Quikrete Countertop mix with NForce fiber and #3 rebar as reinforcement. There are some bug holes around the edge, and I used a pencil vibrator too, but I will be filling those in with some leftover fine particles mixed into a slurry and then fill those in, and this is typical from what I have researched. But, the edges look absolutely realistic with a lot of detail.

I poured 2 continuous sections of wall cap both 40 foot each I used the forms as directed by the seller screwing down every 3-4 inches with 4” screws poured using pro5000 mix concrete from lowes tap forms gently with hammer as pouring to get rid of air pockets easy to strip pealed right off the next day I tired Pam cooking spray on forms on other pours and it made no difference i put relief cuts every 5 feet the forms were very easy to use around radius areas and flows very nicely

We used this for our fireplace hearth we poured in place and to make it look more like a big stone slab instead of, well, a slab of concrete, It came out amazing. Works exactly as described and no need for any release agent- the latex forms come of the concrete easily.
