This arrived damaged. Three of the important pieces were not usable. Maya was so nice to send replacement parts. It is a Christmas gift and the parts arrived quickly and in good condition. All worked well and the gift is ready.

I purchased this island because it was exactly the look I wanted. I did receive a few pieces that were either damaged and/or had a poor paint job. Unfortunately, when I put it together I was very let down. Additionally, I followed the directions to a T and there is only one way to put the prices together. At the end I realized they attached the two pieces that the cabinet does click to keep closed on the ring side of the price of plywood. I know it’s not user error because that price could only be put on one way. The bar that runs vertically and horizontally between the drawers and cabinet doors is too big so it bows and therefore causes gaps with the drawers and doors. It’s looks terrible and cheap. For a $300+ item I expected so much more. Knowing that it’s almost impossible and improbable for people to return this item I think it’s a complete ripoff. As a single mom there is no way I could even load this box into my car to return it… even if I wanted to spend the 2 hours to disassemble it. I’m hoping the company at least replaces the bar I requested to be replaces. I wouldn’t order from this company again. I wish they would take better care to manufacture something they are going to put a large price tag on.

After spending hours just trying to put it together (half of the sturdiness relies on little metal switches that are IMPOSSIBLE to close), we ended up not even being able to put one of the drawers in because the metal trolley for the wheels was extremely bent. Really disappointed as this product was so expensive and I’m not sure how we can even return it after trying to put it together.
