This is the best durable speaker there is , my 3rd one and I love it

Speaker sound and quality is good. Bluetooth function is not great. If you move around your house it will disconnect. I have to connected to my computer and it cuts out frequently the problem doesn’t occur with a cell phone though.

I already have and used a couple Ultimate Ears speakers. I decided to get the bigger Megaboom 3 and I'm not surprised of the same excellent quality of the sound it puts out just in a bigger speaker.

Upon opening this "new" item I immediately noticed it was not in the original packaging. Ok fine no problem, I open the packaging to find a clearly used charging brick. And now all the alarms are ringing. I take the plastics from around the speaker and there are clear scratches on the bottom and top as well as a mark on the side of the speaker itself. I'm not above buying used or refurbished items but not when I pay for new. I wouldn't be surprised if this seller has done this to others in the past. Be sure to inspect all items, and don't just accept anything.

UE is definitely superior to other products of the same nature. Loud. Great for the pool area and they float, hahaha

This speaker may be OK for someone who was not coming from the Harmon Kardon Onyx bluetooth speaker, but it is a total letdown for me. I was expecting a MUCH better dynamic range from this speaker. Terribly disappointed in the mid and high range. The EQ was no help. I just don't think the speaker is capable of producing a full dynamic range. The HK Onyx series blows this thing away.
