Music City Metals 66024 - Set of 4 - Gloss Cast Iron Cooking Grid Replacement for Gas Grills by Broil-Mate, Broil King, Huntington and Sterling

This set was a replacement for the Char-Broil original cast iron grills that quickly rusted out in under a year. Very disappointing! This Music City Metals is the PERFECT replacement grill set. They fit right into place. The grills heat quickly and evenly and grill nice and hot. They are easy to clean post cooking.Delivery was prompt as expected!

Porcelain finish seems to be much better than the original grates. Spacing is wider between each bar. Outside end grates were tighter fit and had to push down to get past bolts of the firebox, but no problem. Definitely a good replacement without having to go to very expensive stainless steel grates.

Said the product would fit my model number grill. It did not without replacing 8 screws in my grill. Many people may not have thought to change the screws. I was happy to get them and to get them to fit, as replacement cooking grids are hard to find.

I bought these to replace some rusted out cast iron Broil King Barron grids. So glad I decided to go with these, rather than spending the extra money on the Broil King replacements. I love the ceramic coating, which helps to make these easier to clean and makes them overall easier to maintain. They are definitely not as sturdy/heavy as the Broil King cast iron grids, so I'm hoping they hold up, but time will tell and I can always update this review.I have been using them for about a month, grilling almost every other day. The food has cooked up quite well, Not sure I need to oil the grates to prevent rusting, because of the ceramic coating, but I do it anyway to prevent the food from sticking.These grids are really easy to clean. The old food comes right off after a good pre-heat of the grill and a scrape. Also, I expect they will be much easier than the original non-coated cast iron grids when I go to do my annual cleaning of the entire grill.My only issue is that they did not fit perfectly like the originals. I did have to force them to go under a screw on the back of the grill, but that was not difficult. The other issue is they leave a larger than normal space where the grids meet. I have lost a few pieces of squash and asparagus to these gaps, but certainly not a deal breaker.Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase.

These grills fit perfectly, they are solid, clean easily and leave beautiful grill lines on our food! They transfer heat nicely with little sticking and I recommend them highly.

Bought for my well used Rebel grill and about as close as you can get to the original grates. So far so good!

When searching for replacement grids this popped up. We received it and was surprised on how inaccurate the description was. To begin with the cast iron feels like a cheap version of cast iron. Also when you flip them both sides are the same unlike the original ones that that are raised on one side and have grooves on the other side for different types of meat. The groves on the ends are also places poorly so they would not fit the right way. I am just disappointed at the quality as well as the fit.Going to reach out to the manufacturer for replacements.

Threw out the old set and this wasn't quite the same but fits. Not well seasoned yet, but working on it.
