This has to be the best wireless tens machine I have ever tried…..and trust me I’ve tried about 8! I was giving up on ever finding a compact, wireless unit and then I found this one. The price is fantastic and the unit itself works so well because it has a range of pulses/sensations that change every few seconds so you never become desensitised to any one in particular. It also runs for a good 7-8hrs which means once it’s on, it’s on for as long as you need it. I also love the little compact bag/pouch, which is ideal for keeping everything together, no more hunting for the charging cable or pads. You might have noticed I love this item!!

I like this product but it only lasted from October.until May when I had to purchase a new one, expensive and not really satisfactory. Use was never abused and only used for normal wear.

What a fantastic little gadget! We've got a full-size TENS machine which works very well, but I thought I'd try this as it looked easier to use. The joined together pads make it very easy to put on and the round 'brains' clips straight on. It has two buttons + for power on and increase and - for decrease and power off. Very straightforward. It can sure kick out a whack of pulse - don't underestimate it.My dad who often gets a very stiff neck and upper back tried it for an evening and he is blown away by the results. After an hour or so he could move his neck much more easily and it had taken away the pain the stiffness caused in his head. His words: "super easy and extremely efficient at reducing pain".

This is a great tens machine. Pads are good quality and stick well wothout leaving residue. Battery lasts ages and strength goes quite high if you want.HOWEVER, do some research and make sure you can find replacement SOLO pads that fit that aren't a rip off before buying this! The majority of double popper pads have poppers too close together for use with this medfit solo model, even medfit ones that look identical, and NONE of the pad descriptions give the width of the poppers - for the solo you need them to be 4cm apart. And while you could actually use single popper pads instead, they swivel and the tens is less secure, so double popper pads do work better.Also this machine does not come with the cloth zip bag pictured.

The tens units we had before to treat my mom are not wireless ones, so this time I wanted to try something more portable and this wireless one stuck me , so instantly purchased it as the title "UK approved" swayed me . I would so my mom is happier so far as she has to no longer rely on someone to operate for her. She can just use this on her own and only needs little help with the charging when she started using it. The usage is pretty straight forward too just to increase and decrease the levels, but be wary of the power as it can put easily catch you by surprise. .

The media could not be loaded.  Why on earth have a box with 4 different language's on and one being English then the instructions are in 4 languages but you guessed it no English. IncreíbleIncroyable Incredibile. Just incase your wondering unbelievable.

I really love this TENS machine! I'm currently waiting for spinal fusion surgery on L3 to S1. This machine helps so much with pain down my hip and leg. It's very effective at easing painful nerves & muscles. Doesn't take long to charge with the USB & one charge lasts about 10 hours. Highly recommended.

Excellent help from this for R. Arthritis, just one thing I didn’t like is that the brain piece were the batterie is, is very bulky. Not comfortable if on back and you are sitting.
