Works fine if the outside temperature stays above 45 degrees. Any temperature below 45° and the regulator freezes up and supplies too much pressure for the pilot light to stay lit. Description claims it’s for outdoor use and it even comes with a cover. I am using this on 100 pound propane tank which the description recommends and 30,000 BTU fireplace. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this product. I replaced this regulator with a heavy duty fisher LP regulator that you can also find on Amazon and I have had no issues with the cold weather. I now can enjoy my new indoor fireplace. Do yourself a favor from the start and spend double the amount of money and get yourself a heavy duty regulator that is rated for cold weather. The Fisher liquid propane regulators are tested to operate consistently at 20° below zero.

Right out of the bag the unit failed. Regulator vent dumping propane like it was free.I wish I could've gotten the chance to use it. But no such luck.

Bought this for a fiberglass camper but returned it. The regulator is cheaply made, two pieces and won't hold up to outdoir use. I went with one from Camco.

I was always running out of a full of propane before the end of the month. Once in a while I would smell propane outside my motor home. I never knew the old regulator was leaking until someone pointed it out to me. I bought this product immediately installed it and now I have not run out of propane again.

Used on travel trailer to replace failed auto changeover regulator on dual tank setup. Tested at home, now in the middle of 5 day excursion. Working good as far as I can tell. With this regulator it hasn’t been as hard to get the gas refrigerator to fire up initially as it was with the old regulator.

This is exactly what I needed. I have not had any problems with it so far.

I used this regulator to replace an old regulator on my airstream motorhome it worked perfectly and fit very well also

Did the job, but a little expensive for what it is.

Good quality part for lower price.
