Natural sourced vitamins
The media could not be loaded. Please watch my video review 😊I am happy to recommend these vitamins as I like that they are sourced from natural superfoods (listed on back of tub).I found them easy to swallow even though they are quite large. I did not notice any taste or aftertaste. The tub is a good shape for storage but is larger than required which seems unnecessary.5 stars from me 😊I hope you find my review helpful.

Untraceable company info, ridiculous packaging, but almost completely botanical product and vegan
Now - I DO prefer my multi vit and mineral supplements to be botanical extracts, rather than synthesised, as they are in more immediately assimilable form. Some of the synthesised mineral forms are more or less assimilable than others, and in some multis it is the less assimilable forms (cheaper). And, I am happy these are vegan.I don't always take supplements as i eat an excellent mainly wholefood diet, exercise and have lifestyle practices which support best health, but in times of stress (and this last year and a half has surely been that) extra help is needed. I have not had ill effects from these, and am taking them (but only 1 a day, as I believe diet provides the rest of my needs) purely for maintenance, so would not expect major improvementsHowever, the lack of transparency of the company is troubling. ARE they British manufactured from scratch, or is the 'manufacture' just the buying in of something from a wholesaler from somewhere else, and 'Manufacture' merely means capsule filling. Call me a cynic, but the inability to find out anything about the company AT ALL makes me suspicious. I know this is some 'exclusive to Amazon' but think this is probably a wholesaler buying in premade and just branding for othersFinally - ZERO marks for utterly ridiculous, oversized, unsafe, wasteful packaging. A top heavy enormous flat pack, whose centre of gravity, if stood upright, is so distorted that it will fall over. There is no 'childproof' on the flip top lid, so little fingers might easily open this. The stupid unthought through packaging not only will add to landfill (unlike a traditional dark glass pill bottle) but will probably be too tall for most medicine/bathroom cabinets, and, laid flat, take up much more space than is needed. The stupidity of package design makes me in the end wonder if sufficient thought and expertise went into the product itself, but.

Expensive but might be worth it
First impression was--Why have a letter-box friendly container and then send it in a large cardboard packet which wouldn't fit through a window let alone a letterbox! Second impression--the cap is not a safety cap, although the farty smell of these capsules would deter most children I hope. The capsules are quite large and I would not be able to swallow them, although husband can and the capsules are for him. He has blood cancer but has been stable for many years and we are convinced that this is thanks to taking some superfood capsules every day. Compared with his usual brand, these are more expensive and MUCH more expensive if you take more than one a day--it could add up to over £1 a day. I am confused as to the recommended dose of these capsules. One to Six per day tells me that you either don't get enough vitamins from one capsule or you are taking far more than required (or recommended by the NHS) if you take six. What should it be?xSpan labs have 2 different addresses, the one on the packet is not the same as the one on their very basic website, and although we are told the capsules are manufactured in the U.K., on the website they show "New Arrivals" ( as opposed to new products) as if they have just received a delivery of similar items.Although I have these concerns, the list of superfoods appears to be comprehensive and the capsules are organic and vegetarian/vegan friendly. There is no yeast or added sugar, no artificial preservatives or colourings. They are NOT suitable for anyone intolerant to gluten as they contain wheat and barley, and they also contain soya. These include at least 2 dozen superfood powders--spirulina, bilberry, broccoli, beet, cranberry, spinach and cabbage among them, and enzymes, amino acids and trace elements too. This compares very favourably with the brand my husband usually takes, and so in spite of feeling uneasy about the company itself, and in spite of not being able to assess the quality or effect of these, I am happy to give 3 stars.

How to find out what vitamins these actually contain
I'm a wannabe vegan and I'm slowly eradicating meat from my diet so need to take vitamin supplements. It's hard to see what vitamins this multivitamin contains which is a bit of an issue for me, as I already take a few and don't want to double up. There's nothing in the description to actually say what percentages of each vitamin this contains. The tablets are quite large and, and do have a herby aftertaste which comes back on you about 15 minutes later. However this is to be expected with most powder filled herby capsules. It comes in a flat box which makes storage cupboard really easy. ( in my opinion all of vitamin tablets should come in a flat box for ease of storage, it makes much more sense than a round container). I usually buy my vitamin tablets in the supermarket and they're normally very cheap, so in comparison these are quite expensive. Maybe this is because they are vegan as these kind of products usually do cost a little bit more.
