Phen suppress definetly works, I can go all month with out odering takeaway or all day without feeling hungery with these.Active ingrediant is L-Phynelane which also helps with ADHD so I can focus, and concentrate better with these.As for T6 I really have never seen any weight loss from it.

Didn't reall work
I tried these , followed the instructions, I certainly did not over eat, and I put on weight. It's up to you, but i wouldn't lay out the cost if I were you.
