I bought this for my 79yo mother, and after taking it for a while (About 3 weeks) ; she says she has had improvement in her joints and overall reduced stiffness of her limbs throughout the day and night. I bought a bottle of these to try out for hair/nail growth. Over the past year, my hair has been thinning and my nails don’t want to grow at all. I guess that comes along with getting older.
