Westinghouse 150W 150T3Q/130/CD 130V Halogen Double-Ended Rough Service Bulb
These Westinghouse rough service halogen bulbs are decent quality. The product description is a little vague, but these are the longer 4.6" T3 bulbs, not the shorter 3.1" style T3 bulbs. They are rated at 130V, so when operated at 120V, the light output is slightly less and a little yellower than it would be with a standard 120V lamp, but the payoff is having a heavier filament that is less susceptible to things like voltage spikes or vibration from vehicle traffic when the bulbs are used for illuminating a sign located close to a road, which is what I'm using these bulbs for.

Item received looks different
Ive bought 5 of these, four from the store and one from Amazon. The one from amazon looks different, its a straight filament without spiral ‘bulbs’. The sku is identical so unless Westinghouse changed the design without changing the sku its not the real thing.

130V is key
just a light bulb. How good/bad can it really be? I just like it because it is 130 volt so it is less likely to get zapped by any small power surges.
