I bought this to replace my dead K40 tube and it's more powerful than the K40 ever was. I was cutting through 3mm wood at 20%, I used to have to run at 80% to do that in the past. The quality is excellent and I would definitely recommend this even if your old K40 isn't dead. It's well packaged, the wiring is simple to figure out and water cooled end is well attached and works well too.

I have an OMTech 55w CO2 machine. I ordered a replacement tube for one that I inadvertently broke. They sent me two tubes, both were broken when I received them. They finally gave up and refunded my money. I ordered this one and it arrived in perfect shape. I connected it to my machine and it works fine. Thank you, Cloudray!

I purchased a new Full Spectrum Laser Muse Core back in April '22 and paid for their upgraded 45W tube from the standard 40W for hobby use. Within 5 months, and less than 3 hours of actual laser use time (I have an ESP32 that counts the seconds the air assist is turned on to Home Assistant) the FSL tube died. I decided to give this a try and so far I am extremely happy that I did, although angry I paid extra for a piece of garbage FSL tube to begin with. I haven't even used this for 15 minutes yet, mostly all alignment and some test cuts for determining settings.This was almost a drop in replacement for the Muse tube. It does not have the same connector as the Muse, the red cover that they show in the picture is just a cover, not a plug for those that may be wondering. I did purchase a HV plug on Amazon along with the tube so that I wouldn't have to modify the HV line from the Muse power supply just in case it dies while under warranty. I did have to swap out the negative side though, but that was easy.The settings for the original "45W" FSL tube for cutting 1/8" clear acrylic was 30% speed, 100% power, 100% current. It would normally cut through, but if I had masking on both sides there would sometimes be a few fibers hanging on. I always felt that it was slower than the Glowforge Plus that I replaced with the Muse (GF power supply died after a little more than a year) even though the Muse was supposed to be higher power. With this Cloudray tube I can certainly say it feels at least as fast as the Glowforge since I can now cleanly cut the same 1/8" acrylic at 60% speed rather than 30% speed. Without masking on either side it was even fairly reliable at 70% speed.Now, it's impossible to say how long it will last, but they do at least give a brief warranty, which is more than I can say for FSL and their tubes. This looks like it is much better quality, and will hopefully last me for years.I didn't break out the calipers to measure the tube, it was supposed to be 50mm diameter. It does seem like the laser is a little further from the wall of the case so not as well centered on the first mirror as the original. I was still able to get it aligned though and am so far very happy with it. Otherwise I would have probably purchased aftermarket clamps to line it up better.

Llegó en el tiempo indicado, se instaló en una máquina para 40w, hasta ahora funciona muy bien y no se tuvieron que hacer adecuaciones considerables, sólo el tubo queda un poco fuera, excelente calidad

I switched this one for a 45w tube I got from FSL for my 5th Gen hobby laser. This thing is amazingly powerful in comparison. Will update if anything changes but so far I’m quite impressed for a tube bought on Amazon. Shipping was fairly quick too, arrived 5 days early.

So far so good, have had this installed for a few weeks now and it has been an upgrade over the laser tube that came in my K40 laser. Packaged really well and easy to install. I got my K40 second hand so I don't know how the original tube was when new, however this new laser tube has transformed my laser engraver making it cut and engrave material at faster speeds. Very happy with this purchase. I would say it was more expensive that what I would have liked to have paid however this was by far the best option and I trust the Cloudray brand for high quality laser cutter parts.
