Absolutely love this chair! I primarily bought it for cold Ohio baseball games but will also use it for camping. It gets really hot and stays hot. It does not come with the battery pack but I got one at Walmart for $20 that powers it for 3-4 hours! My first battery pack didn’t work, but that was a defect of the battery pack, not the chair. So, if yours isn’t working check your battery pack (my battery pack said it was on but still didn’t work on the chair for whatever reason). I also love it (without the heater) for hot baseball games too. Mostly because of the reclining positions - great for relaxing or taking a rest between games. It’s sturdy, the pockets are very functional for a phone, keys, etc, and you don’t sink down into it like you do regular bag lawn chairs. Highly recommend!

I’ve collected many battery packs over the years and have given most away or stored some in a drawer each time I upgrade to a new technology or larger capacity, so when I was searching for chair to use outdoors the Hot Seat caught my eye and once I discovered it used your own battery pack to heat, I knew it was a perfect match. It’s overall an amazing chair! The heated seat is no gimmick, added to just any chair. This thing is built tough! Extremely durable, from the heavy cloth bag and elastic webbed pockets to the frame and all of the hinges. The heated seat function is easy to use, plug in your battery pack and hit the power button. There are 3 heat levels and I had to turn it down after a while, just like I have to do with my heated seats in the car. Very similar. As far as the size, I’m 5’7 165lbs and I fit in the chair with plenty of extra space. My two year old can even squeeze in next to me. It’s a great size...and it reclines! I’m all over the place with this review, because I stumbled on this great find and can’t wait to tell everyone. Just buy it. It’s worth every penny.

The only reason I gave 4 stars is because it does not come with a battery to charge it. If your selling a product that needs a charger to work it should be included. Other than that the chair itself is great. Very study and comfortable. Heats up very quickly.

While I haven't gotten out camping with this yet, I did spend a good amount of time sitting in it at home. I tested the seat warmer and am very pleased! It heats up quickly, and the high setting is really warm! The seat is sturdy and provides the support I was looking for that typical sling chairs don't provide. The reclining feature is very easy to use, and seat height is perfect for me (5'2"). When I recline, I feel comfortable and fully supported. I can't wait to stargaze in this chair! The seat itself sits about 17.5" off the floor, which is perfect for my short stature. I love all the storage pockets on it and it is easy to unfold and lock, and then also easy to fold up and slip into the carry bag. I consider it pretty lightweight, but of course with the warmer and reclining features, it is not feather light.

I ordered these for a Christmas present. Got a little worried when only one showed up. Contacted Amazon who referred me to Pop Desigm. They responded really fast. They got some info from me and sent me another one. The boxes were strapped together and came apart somewhere along they way. Maybe addresses on both boxes would be best? Haven’t tested them out in the cold yet but sat in them in the house. Very comfortable! Gets toasty warm fast, and 3 settings depending how warm your butt needs to be! Was a little worried because my husband’s a big guy and hard to find camp chairs for. He really likes them. Great product and great customer service.

The chair is a good size for spectating sports, but the heat generated is pretty non-existent, and really wish it included warmers in the back. The cup holders can't hold a tall cup without spilling, and sometimes can be a pain to set out to normal sitting position from the recline position. They are very sturdy and easy to bag up.

Well, I bought this as a gift, but I think my wife is done with it. The chair is bulky to carry around, and difficult to collapse. She used this to watch my daughters fall field hockey games, which can get pretty cold. Each time, she needed help to undo the latch. Most of the time, she took it home still locked in position. Then the battery pack needed to get hooked up, but sometimes, the switch didn't work! She just gave up after 20 games and labeled it a pain in the butt and just tried to sit in the sun with a regular beach chair. Sadly, this probably won't get used again next season. - Failed Gift Giver. (Cue sad Trombone)
