I bought these knee pads so I wouldn't have to pull out my workout mat if I wanted to do pushups (girly style hehehe)after a run. My knees are really weak and need lots of support. After these came in the mail, I tried them on and realized I could also use them as a brace. They are pretty tight and I have sorta thin legs but they support me during running and stay up. The cushioning is really thick but also pliable so its flexible as I run and workout. After running I could totally do pushups and they still offer support and don't flatten out.

Was looking for slip on knee protection that would be less cumbersome than the strap on kinds I have used. These work perfectly and are comfortable on my fairly heavy legs. An added plus is that they are easy to clean being covered with a tightly woven material rather than a more porous material that allows deep penetration of dirt. I am surprised by some reviews that say they are uncomfortable because I have a rather large lump just below my left knee that isn't covered by other slip on knee pads and thus becomes inflamed with kneeling on hard surfaces. The longer Mueller pad covers and protects the lump as comfortably as the other brands I have tried and is just as comfortable on the right knee that doesn't have an adjacent lump.

these pads for the price are a protection for arthritic knees that help keep you in the garden and help with pain prevention they are pretty durable and well worth the price

I have tried using these pads for several purposes:Gardening: Works excellent and is comfortable enough.Baseball/softball: Adequately prevents the knee from getting scraped while sliding, but is not comfortable to wear while playing.Broomball/ice skating: Not enough padding for a hard fall on ice.

I am a stock clerk at a grocery store and need knee pads for every day shift. The muller knee pads were a little too long for me so they bunched up a little behind the knees but the thickness was about the same as the ace brand knee pads I usually get so otherwise they would have worked for me .

I bought these pads for trail running to protect my knees from abrasions in case of a fall. Reading the reviews, I think one has to consider two things -- your size and your usage.Regarding size: my leg above the knee measures 15" and my calf below the knee is 13" and they fit comfortably. They go on easy, stay in place, and still allow my leg to have a full range of motion. If your legs are thinner, you might need some that aren't one size fits all. If your legs are larger, I feel there's still some room to spare.As for usage, I don't fall often so I can't say what they're like for those who are going to do work on their knees or play sports where they frequently land on their knees.They're warm but not any more so than compression socks. So, for a runner they seem to work and if they don't hold up in a fall, I'll just get another pair. Better that than waiting 3-4 weeks for a skinned knee to heal.

These are made in China for very small people. It says one size fits all or most....BULL! I am a petite female size 6 and these seem better suited as elbow pads. I can barely get them on my knees and they are cutting off my circulation within 3 minutes. I have a pretty high threshold for pain too, so this is ridiculous! Put your money where it can help you and not the Chinese. Every time something breaks, seems cheap or poorly made, ridiculously small or misproportioned; it almost always has a tag that reads Made in China. Junk!

I do a lot of desert mountain trail running and after taking a few falls that resulted in serious lacerations to my knees and elbows I decided to pad up. I looked at several sporting good stores and found many very expensive pads that were so thick they would not allow the movement running required. - or they were so thin they would not provide protection. I tried these from Amazon. I purchased a set (they are sold in pairs) and tried them on both my knees and my elbows. They are elastic enough to fit both very well.(I'm 5'11" and 170). So I bought another pair. They are very padded on one side (where the Mueller name is) but very thin on the other so your elbows and knees have great range of motion. I have not fallen since I got them but I feel confident they will provide the protection I need. Obviously pads need to be somewhat specific to the situation but for my purpose these are perfect.

Er ist zwar eigentlich wirklich gut - sofern neu - aber schon nach ein paar Mal tragen rubbelt man auch hier die Vorderseite ab und kommt schnell zum Innenleben (dass sich dann schön in der Halle verteilt :-))Für einen Hobby-Volleyballer sicher perfekt, aber für 2x Training die Woche und Samstags Spieltage haben sie kein großes Durchhaltevermögen.
