So it actually has been working my muscles and is fun and versatile. I kept using it trying different exercises without losing momentum- its pretty intuitive, improvisational, and compact.Its been easy to use and carry to different parts of the room. Seriously was a good value for its price. I cant find many work out equipment that isnt just rubber bands, weights or very expensive machines which were discouraging because the rubber bands slip off easily and i need something to help make core training less strenuous.

It is a good portages replacement of the gym . I am happy with purchase. Absolutely will recommend to have one as portable alternative to your gym equipment.

nunca habia tenido una maquina que trabaja todo mi cuerpo no tengo mucho tiempo y con esto me sente completa porque no tengo que salir de csa y puedo trabajar sobre todo las audominales que es la parte que mas dificil me es bajar ademas despues del accidente no podia hacer abdominales desde el piso hast arriba porque me causaba mucho dolor pero esto me da un soporte genial y no ya no me da el dolor en la espalda en verdad es super este producto

This is a great product, I used it in every way the paper provided said I could & it’s really useful for exercising different parts of your body. The only suggestion I do have is having a couple heavier settings so some exercise have an even better result on your core & legs.

Not enough resistance my husband said. Felt cheap. Not worth more than maybe $30 at very most!

Resistance is good, very sturdy and challenging

Makes sit ups and arm and leg toning exercises easier. The portability is a plus.
