Charger tip makes excellent contact 100 percent of the time!
I had trouble with the OEM charger cord because it was made of two distinct parts at the tip. I was even worried something was wrong with my laptop battery because the OEM often didn't make full contact.This product has been a lifesaver and game- changer. No issues whatsoever! Always full contact when plugged. I have been pleasantly surprised at my laptop's battery power now that it is being properly charged.

Powerful and good quality power supply.
My gaming laptop requires lots of power, and this unit does the job well! Delivery was very swift, and in fact came a day early. The unit is sturdy and able to withstand punishment with no problem.

Didn't last long
Bought this for my son's laptop on March 26th and it stopped working June 6th. It didn't even last for 3 months. Of course it is now outside of the return date. I do not recommend purchasing this product.

Waste of hard earned cash
at first it was working flawlessly now it barley charges my computer at all and it unplugs every 5 secs even if im not using it.I thought this was gonna be a cheaper way to have a good charger but it appears I was wrong and minds well spind 75 dollars on a cord that actually works.

Works with HP Elite Thunderbolt 3 Dock
Had to buy this because my existing adapter didn't work with the HP Elite/ZBook Thunderbolt 3 Dock (HSTNN-CX01). This gets the job done, though it's quite large.
