so its always hard to review a supplement. Unless you have access to your own lab to run bllods or something...or you have a chronic condition that it eases.These capsules are on the small side so if you struggle to swallow tablets then these are def more on the froendly side for you.Good levels of turmeric as well as a couple of extra inserts to help your body ingest and process all that goodness.Turmeric has many qualities, mu main reason for taking it is to help with various training injuries over the years, it illeviates inflammation and helps with joint care. Many other benefits as well though.

Less pain in the joint's and water retention around the ankles reduced. I'm reluctant to take drugs/painkillers and feel happier with this more natural alternative. I will order again.

I've always believed that Turmeric is beneficial for inflammation and digestion, whether it's true or not is harder to say. In addition, Ginger I consider good for digestion as well but I'm not clear what the Black Pepper does. These supplements fit the bill for me with a nice combination and it's all Vegetarian and Organic.For the price you get 180 capsules with a suggested dose of 2 a day. A dose of 2 capsules gives you 1350mg of Turmeric, 140mg of Ginger and 10mg of black pepper. This compares well with other suppliers on price and dose. They do come with a warning not to take them if you are under 18 or pregnant though.I have aching hips when I've been sitting for a while in the evening and I've also had knee problems, so I take these to help with the aches and any inflammation. To tell the truth it's difficult to say whether they are effective or not but they make me feel like I'm doing something positive.

I have issues with inflammation, so I have been trying a particularly wide range of supplements. My symptoms are relatively good overall, although it's hard to attribute the improvements for sure to any particular source. Turmeric is very popular at the moment, although this product represents a relatively low dose of curcumin compared to some other brands. However, it's organic and vegan which should come as welcome news to many. The tablets are fairly large, so I like to wash them down with a nice mouthful of Tizer. However, the description to this one states that the product "Promotes General Health", which presumably means that he gets to become Field Marshall Health. For my money, "Hey natural" sounds rather casual for my liking, compared to "Earth's Nurture". In order to maximise any potential placebo effect I'd probably favour the latter.
