I’m not usually one to write Amazon reviews but I had to for this tea. I’ve been drinking the detox digest before bed every night and I’m convinced it cleared my acne. I haven’t changed anything else about my diet, exercise, or skincare routine and I noticed that since I started drinking this tea (I just finished my first bag), I haven’t had a single breakout! My skincare routine involves using cetaphil face cleanser, and then alternating between retinol and moisturizing/slugging every other night- pretty basic. I have suffered from acne for most of my life and it only occurred to me yesterday that my skin has been clear since I started drinking this tea! I can’t comment on my gut health because not much has changed there but I highly recommend this tea if you struggle with acne.
