I'm so glad to have this CD. The music is beautiful, uplifting, and calming. The Dalai Lama's voice is powerful and reassuring. The booklet included with this was very helpful for me. I got a lot of good information and insights from it. Thank you to everyone involved in creating this! It's such a blessing, especially needed during these difficult times we're living in.

I love listening to this album a lot, but I don't think that there are enough songs or that the album lasts long enough. Other than that, calming and relaxing. Do recommend.

I love it.I play it when im meditating or even just relaxing.And the second disc of instramental versions i sometimes play it while i read a book and dont want complete silence.

the mantra CD and book are absolutely fantastic.the music CD was not expected. It is a bit too much for me.

This work is so profound. The effect it has on my mind and body is indescribable. A natural go to in any state of mind, but especially when I am needing support. The Dalai Lama's voice and prayers coupled with music is so powerful. Sometimes I go to the specific tracks depending on what I need. The mantra for Courage is a favourite. And Purification which they say is helpful at the time of death. I played that one to a loved one on their death bed and it transformed the atmosphere for everyone there, most importantly for my loved one. At such a vulnerable and crucial time we had peace and comfort. So much thanks to The Dalai Lama and everyone else involved for making this precious work.

Having heard HH speak on the subject of compassion in London, I was hoping for more of his teachings on this CD. Instead it is mainly the recitation of Buddhist mantras set against music.It's calming, soothing, but not what I was hoping for.

This is beautiful, listening to His Holiness daily. Visitors to my house who are Buddhist find it relaxing and are contemplating purchasing their own copy.

I just wish I had discovered this years ago such a nice listen too.

I have had two copies delivered by my mistake.On realising it was my mistake and both copies were exactly the same,I gave one to my GrandSon,and of course, I pay for it.I have already informed you of these events.
