Kitty City Raised Cat Food Bowl Collection/Stress Free Pet Feeder and Waterer and Slow Feed Bowls

When I saw these Kitty City raised food bowls, I did something I NEVER do - I ordered TWO sets of something without trying it first. They just have a look about them that says: well-designed, well-made - and healthier for your cat. When I received them, I was actually shocked! They EXCEEDED my expectations! They hold a can of Friskies perfectly, and there is almost no mess. But here’s the part that astounded me: it says they’re dishwasher-safe, but I’m the dishwasher in my house, so after my cat’s first meal I did the routine thing - I put the bowl in the sink to soak before washing, and when I came back 20 minutes later I picked up the bowl and poured out the water - and virtually EVERY bit of food rinsed out! The one or two little specks that were left LIFTED RIGHT OFF the surface when I touched them with my fingertip. I gave it a final rinse with hot water - no soap; no scrubbing - and there I was, holding a clean bowl.I’m not kidding you; it IS that easy. (Yeah, every once in a while I throw in a little detergent to knock off any stray microbes that might have wandered in, but I really don’t think it’s necessary.)Just put some hot water in the bowl, give it 15 minutes, then a final rinse under running water and maybe a light swipe with a paper towel. That’s it. Really. Truly. Clean.Now what I want is a bowl for ME that I don’t have to wash.....(maybe I could just borrow hers for a light snack - a little chicken salad maybe? Or some deviled ham on toast points?) Do you think that - ᴍᴀʏʙᴇ - she might let me share her bowl?? 😗 👀All kidding aside, I would give these Kitty City bowls SIX stars if I could. Maybe the material they’re made of ISN’T revolutionary; maybe the technology has been out there for years and I just haven’t noticed. (I don’t get around much.) But that’s beside the point. These bowls are beautiful, to the eye and to the touch. And they make eating a healthier experience for your cat. So look at them again - and if you love 💕 your cat, buy a set. Buy two. That’s what I did - and I only have one cat. But I noticed today that they have a set in pastels now, and they’re gorgeous..... so I’m gonna buy a set. Do I really need six bowls for my one cat?....Maybe not....but maybe I can use a couple of them to display art objects. Maybe I can display a couple of them AS art objects....I would add a picture if I could, but my lap seems to be inhabited at the moment, and that imposes certain limits....maybe I can add one later. I didn’t know I would be revisiting this site today, but I’m glad I finally got back here. I bought my Kitty City bowls in January, about ten months ago, and I knew in the first week that I had to come back here and write a review for one of the BEST PRODUCTS I’ve ever seen. Of any kind. I’m sorry I took so long to write this. But I’m glad I’m here now, so that I can wholeheartedly, without reservations, recommend to you a product that I believe to be perfect in what it strives to do. I cannot think of any aspect that needs improvement.You might think that spending an hour to write a review about the bowl that I use to feed my cat is a somewhat trivial way to spend my time. I would not agree. In these days of cost-cutting mass-produced ecology-destroying poorly-made disposable trash, we all have a duty to stand up and shout when we find a product - ANY product - that does exactly what it’s supposed to do, and is also aesthetically pleasing.I’m hoping that Amazon won’t yank this review. They had to pull a couple of mine in the last four years when I wandered off the beaten path, offering my opinions in areas that didn’t strictly conform to product review, and I can understand that. I do tend to wax enthusiastic when I find a product that is so far above what is usually considered “good enough “. Even if Amazon decides that I goofed AGAIN and pulls this review, I will not regret writing it - maybe the editor who yanks it has a cat or two.....Library Cat12/6/19

This set of two works great for a single cat, wash one use the other. Of all the choices for a raised feeding dish I'm really happy I chose these two. The right height, weight, easy to clean, dishwater safe and I like the color choices.

Very pleased with style, weight, and durability. Perfect height for my elderly cat to eat and drink more comfortably. Not cheap quality, which I was afraid of because of the great price. Lightweight, but thick, durable plastic that feels and looks like porcelain. They don’t get pushed around when he’s eating, so very practical and well thought out design. Highly recommended!

Great for bunnies! The bowls are actually usable double sided, I use the bottom for greens and the top for pellets. I don't keep food bowls inside 24/7 so removing them after food is gone is perfect also sturdy enough that doesn't tip.

Absolutely adorable kitty bowls i got for my two littles. I though they were ceramic at first but its actually a super durable plastic. Easy to clean and doesn’t take much space. Cats love em!

Looks like it is easier for cats to eat from - hoping less “ whisker stress” as the manufacturer says- Easily wipes clean with a paper towel. They look cool but harder to store because of the shape.

My cats use them ever day! A great hight and durable. The round bowl makes it easy for cats to reach their food without whisker fatigue. Dishwasher safe!

Bought for my cat and kitten, a few days ago — and bought another set, moments ago. Less than $10 for two plastic bowls, which, are super easy to clean and my cats can get all the food out of ‘em (it takes a little effort to get the corner-type areas; though, they prevent my kitten from making a huge mess. They’re both able to still lick the bowls clean).My only gripe is I’d prefer to be able to choose and receive one color, of two bowls — vs. a gray and white combo.EDIT:So, I have noticed my kitten has developed cat acne — which, can be caused by eating out of plastic bowls.I have been using Dawn dish soap and ACV, to help his little chin — and it seems to be working, so far.I have had to make sure that ANYTIME they use these bowls — they are washed with the hottest of water my sink will provide, and Dawn dish soap, first.This is a bit of a bummer, because these bowls have been great, otherwise.I will continue to use ‘em, for the time being, as long as my kitten’s acne stays under control.However, anyone who does purchase these, please be aware in how cat acne can develop as result of using plastic bowls, vs. ceramic or stainless steel (though, I am not a fan of stainless steel, in the summer — as my mother’s cat go sick, once, from the bowl getting too warm and her food going bad, by the time she went back to finish eating it, a bit later).

Tem uma boa altura, é espaçoso para por ração e água sem encostar nos bigodes dos gatinhos. Minha gata consegue comer sentada, o que evita o refluxo principalmente pela altura do comedouro. Ameipara o pote de água o ideal é utilizar o lado mais fundo pra não acabar rápido.

Tanto los colores, la altura, el diseño.. Todo!!!Son exacto lo que necesitaba!Los gatos los adoran.. No los tiran, no los mueven.. Y les quedan perfectos para comer.Lavarlos no toma ni 1 min. de lo fácil que es..Y se pueden usar tanto de un lado como de otro.En lo personal yo uso los 2 para comida así que no puedo opinar en cuanto a líquidos.Pero aunque pareciera que les "cabe poco" en realidad su capacidad es de incluso un poco más de lo que comen mis gatos por comida.Les cabe una ración de comida + 1/2 sobre de comida mojada sin derramarse, caerse ni estar al borde.Son una opción perfecta si se quieren tener en un lugar alto (no se rompen fácilmente) y los colores son muy bonitos!

Son platos muy fáciles de lavar, no se rompen, no se rayan, resistentes, no se han manchado. Sí los recomiendo.

Ordered these bowls after hunting for a matching set of the raised and angled cat bowls. These were the best price for the look, though they aren’t on an angle as I had been looking for originally. These are great dishes though! They’re a hard plastic but very light and seem durable and easy to wash. They look smaller in person than in the photos, but my cats are both very large (part ragdoll). The bowls are suitable for kibble or wet food but probably too shallow or maybe too spilly for water (unless you have a super neat cat). They are wide enough to clear the whiskers and seem to be at a good height for their heads while they eat. The dish is nice because it’s pretty shallow and wide so the food doesn’t pool at the bottom or slide around the sides much. My cats were very confused about the new dishes at first but got into them once I added a treat on top of the kibble. Great quality for the price, would highly recommend!

El material es resistente y de calidad, se ven muy bonitos y para un perro pequeño tienen la altura ideal :)
