Instructions could be more clear. We ended up putting one of the back supports on the wrong way and ripped the leather. So be careful when sliding in the back rest during assembly.Otherwise I'm very happy with this purchase. These sofas are exactly what I was looking for. Light weight, sturdy, nice looking, space savers, can be wiped clean and has no bounce to the cushions. My son has autism and treats every piece of furniture like a trampoline. Who can blame him its fun to bounce right? I was seriously considering getting regular wood benches or chairs. This is perfect because I get best of both worlds. Its sturdy and stationary like a traditional wood framed chair but still has a little cushion.Pretty comfy, but if you are looking to sink your hiney into a giant cloud of puffy velvet then better keep moving. I have owned the 3k expensive gianormous couch before with the butt hugging luxury. While this is not that, I am absolutely impressed with the quality you get here for what you spend. We've had these for a long while now and no rips or tears, and like I said we are pretty hard on furniture

Aleekis 3 seater with two side chairs--$379 plus 100 for delivery. Construction is decent and simple. The seat cushion are adequate. The back cushions, not so much. You can feel the edge of the wooden back right through the cushion--and I'm only a 150 pound guy. I plan to spend another $30 at Home Depot for a 3 inch x 6ft hunk of foam, cut it in half , unzip the cushion and cram it inside in order to make it halfway comfortable. These are for a salon waiting area. I told my wife if she doesn't keep her customers waiting for a long time the couch will be fine. The chairs are pretty much the same deal but not quite as uncomfortable. The pleather itself seems to be ok quality and thickness--especially at $500 for 3 pieces. However, they are a bit wrinkly. They were all vacuum packed for the long ride across the Pacific and the storage time at whatever port they came in. They've been breathing for 5 days now and they are starting to come around. Tried steaming the wrinkles out with a facial steamer but no luck. So again, if you want a quality $2000 set, you have to pay more than just $500. In our same circumstances I would buy this stuff again. Maybe we'll replace it after a year or two. For now some additional chunks of thick cushion foam and some throw pillows will be just fine.

It’s not the quality like the high end stuff but it is very good quality for its price. Very firm cushions, sturdy and modern looking. My personal opinion is that this is a larger loveseat, not compact.White color scared me but I’m glad I got it, it cleans very easily without hurting the fabric. Just spot treat with nail polish or water soaked cloth.Follow the manual slowly and you will get there. Keep in mind the details in the picture, you do not want to undo and redo.The only negative and that’s why it’s a 4 star is because the back. The flap of fabric is wrinkled and hard to flatten. If you are putting this sofa and the back shows, it’s ugly. Also the back pillows come somewhat wrinkled but that’ll go away in time as you use the sofa.Minor damages not worth returning for but irritating. A little scratch dent on the backboard on top and it’s visible.Overall I highly recommend this sofa if you are on budget and looking for comfort and cute look.

I’m beyond impressed. Was nervous about buying a couch online but I’m so happy I went with this one! I specifically chose this couch because of its size (my house is small, I couldn’t fit a couch much bigger than this).Directions were IKEA-style pictures but VERY easy to follow. Was able to assemble this by myself in roughly 20 minutes (and that’s including messing up and having to re-do a step). The feet already having felt protectors on the bottom was a nice touch. The box is pretty heavy with everything in it though. I’m 5’8” and 145 pounds, I did have to do some work to get it inside. But assembly was quick and easy, definitely can be a one-person job.Will this couch win awards for comfort? Eh, not really. Throw a few pillows and a blanket on it and it’s serviceable though. (I’m also military, I basically can sleep anywhere, so my standards for comfort may be a little skewed)You’re also not fitting more than two adults (or one adult and a medium dog) on this thing comfortably. It’s pretty small. I don’t have guests often and when I do it’s small groups though, so it’s a perfect size for me.In the picture you can see my IKEA chair that it basically matches. It looks really sleek and like I spent a LOT more!If all you need is a little extra seating room so people aren’t on the floor, this couch will get the job done and look good doing it.

The love seat was actually delivered a day earlier than expected. My first impression was that it look great. It assembled very easily after I use my tools rather then the tools that were provided. If you own a socket wrench the assembly will go a lot simpler. It was after it was all assembled and my brother sat on it that I heard a snap. That turned out to be the bottom of the loveseat piece of wood that actually had a knot in it and that’s where the snap came from. They should never have use that particular piece of wood in this furniture because that was the weakest part and obviously that’s where the problem took place. I contacted the manufacturer and they immediately offered to refund my money or send me a new sofa. I chose the new sofa because of family members coming in two days and I needed that in the room. They were very quick and efficient so I praised him for that. It only took me about 30 minutes to disassemble and reassemble using the parts from the new sofa.I’m very pleased with the love seat and the manufacture quick response.

I run a daycare and bought this for the kids. I had an issue with the couch covering coming off (kid are pickers!), so I emailed the seller. Not only was my problem resolved, but it was resolved quickly and with awesome customer service.
