Organic materials relieved skin breakdown
Within 4 days, Rael Organic ultimate longs (with my antifungal cream) cleared my chronic skin breakdown to the point where I no longer need the cream. I will never return to the chemical-soaked pads, for fear of reigniting the skin damage. Adhesive is good with absolutely no twisting or bunching. Length is good, even for this BBW. Side elastic and barrier shield are soft. Pad is plush. Absorbency lets me sleep with confidence.

So BIG!
These are gigantic and cover front to back. The majority of the pad is not too thick and edges are thin so it’s not too bulky. It’s just WIDE and LONG. As a result, there isn’t any leakage. I’m going to try the Moderate size for every day use. I would use the Ultimate size if I was exercising for an extended period or drinking large amounts of water. So I will keep both sizes on hand.

So comfortable my daughter switched from Always to these!
Edit: Now ordering for the 6th time! (Nov. '21)These are the Ultimate level of absorption and size which is the largest and longest (16.5") pad Rael Organic makes - which is perfect for my special needs daughter. These are more expensive and actually thicker then common brand names, but my daughter can choose between her usual Always Ultimate long length or these and she keeps choosing these - says they are more comfortable. They also provide more coverage (wider spread) in the front and back which gives her more confidence she won't have any accidents. To note: She uses these as feminine hygiene pads as there are no extra long pads that don't have wings, which is just too much sticky areas to deal with while applying, plus wings tend to leak over the edges. So this is my second purchase of these and I will continue to keep her supplied.

LOVE ❤️ these for heavy overnight period protection!
UPDATE 5/9/22: ------What happened to these??? I ordered the exact same items, the MODERATE and ULTIMATE and they are now approximately 50% THINNER (if not more)!!! And appear shorter in length as well, yet still the same price! Total BS. I won't be purchasing again. have no urinary incontinence needs, nor am I postpartum but use these for my menstrual period overnight or heavy days at home and they are the best - yet I think they'd work well for those needs also. They are SO much better to me than pads marketed for periods mainly because they are longer, wider, and thicker and don't have those damn useless "wings" that never stay stuck anyway! I have used Poise ultimates and Tena brands before trying these but those pads are stiffer and have patterns and tend to stick to me a bit (if that makes sense?) These are so much softer, no irritating pattern that rubs me wrong, and just feel like a soft, conforming pillow. On a particularly heavy day I was called away from home quickly and normally if I am going to be out all day I'd wear a tampon but I didn't have time or think about it and just ran out and guess what? I didn't even notice I was wearing it which would never happen with the largest ultimate Poise pad and they stuck just fine to my underwear. In the past if I wore one of those other brands out running around, it would irritate me, or bunch up wrong, or since they are long in the back it would be noticable. But again, NOT with this pad - it's so soft and more pliable I guess I would say.Sorry to write so much about such a simple product but I love them. I just wish I had found them sooner!***I also bought and wear the "moderate" size of these for lighter menstrual days which is about the same size and thickness of regular old maxi pads (like Stayfree, etc...) that many of us age 40+ grew up with (not thins).***Also cannot stress enough the love I have for NO imprinted pattern and the softness as opposed to those other brands stiffness and irritation they can cause. For those reasons alone, I'll pay extra for these happily. If any of my needs and preferences are like yours, try them :)

good absorbency with a comfortable cotton overlay
100% cotton pads do not have a good absorbency factor for bladder leaks and most of the other bladder leak products cause irritation. This has an absorbent cord with a cotton overlay. Unfortunately they are manufactured in China, and I will continue look for an alternative with the same properties....absorbent cord with comfortable cotton overlay.

Absorbent, soft and stay in place.
After having 4 babies there is still a need for a little pelvic floor help beyond physical therapy. ;-)These liners absorb well and are super soft. They do not bother my skin like typical plastic layered store bought liners with cotton hidden in between layers. The maker of this product took time to make sure these are soft, pliable, not crazy thick or thin and can be worn with a variety of styles of panties. The adhesive is just about perfect I'd say. They do not shift, you can take off panty and reposition if needed and still remains in place.I will be ordering again.

Poor quality
I suspect that this product was not designed by women. It is advertised as "long", but it barely covers the needed area. There are only three strips of adhesive, which allow for the product to bunch up and create a nice "wedgie" within minutes. The pads are too wide, which allow the product to rub the skin where it extends out from the underwear and irritates the groin area. All told, this was a waste of money. The cotton surface is nice, but useless when you end up with a wad in your underwear. It gets one star, but really should have a zero.

Okay
These were not ideal for my elderly mom, but might be good for others who are mentally clearer than she is and can make fit adjustments. I missed that they weren't 'long' which is what she needs. My fault. My main concern was that the adhesive could be a lot better in the front - well, and they're a bit too wide. I think they'd be good for someone who could adjust the pad as needed, but my mom can't process that. However, I love that they have organic content. That's the #1 reason why I got them. I'm delighted that this company exists, even if it's not the right brand for my mom. Finally, opening the package with the peel back flap was not easy. I'm in my mid-50s and finally got the hang of it, but if an elderly person (w/ poor vision, like my 94-year old mom) had to open it, they'd end up frustrated and get out the scissors. Not a good design. That amount of adhesive would have gone to much better use on the ends of the pads.

Soft and comfortable
I like the natural protection - organic cotton and chlorine free natural wood pulp core with polymers. Would like to see the bladder pads in a more narrow option.

I have been using the moderate & the ultimAte for quick a while now.an update:..too wide..
good hygienic product. only fault really: they do bunch up & no matter how much you stretch them out, they do go back to that shape....so does not cover as much because of that.JUST DO NOT MAKE THEM AS WIDE AND THANKS.

Great product.
So much better than liners with chemicals that can cause allergies.

Softest liners ever!
Anyone with bladder issues knows the issues with their tender skin, this is the softest ones I have ever tried. I wish they would stick a bit better though.
