Hammers Elite Compact Lightweight Handgun Revolver Pistol Scope 2X20 w/Weaver Rings

These work quite well. I have now purchased two of them. I have them both mounted on .22 cal air rifles with DIY mounts. I really like the low power 2x magnification for limited range of the air rifles. The eye relief is right where my arms would reach with a pistol. It takes a bit to get used to the scope being so far away from my eye but not a huge deal to get used to quickly. I find them far superior to a red dot the way I am using them. The first one I purchased has held up to the shock of a spring piston, break barrel for over a year and well over 300 shots. Many of those shots were boosted by "dieseling the pellets". Despite my DIY mount failing twice and dropping the scope on to a concrete surface it is still solid with no functional damage. Happy customer.

This scope is a lot better than BSA pistol scopes ! This is my second Hammers pistol Scope and have 3 Hammers Rifle scopes ! Great products!

Great clarity and eye relief. My only negative comment is that the magnification is closer to 1.5x than 2x.

Really good scope for the price mounts were not the best so I changed them and mount to my super blackhawk everything has been great so far look forward to using it this hunting season not that everything is zero

Scope seems to be accurate. What I don’t like about it is eye relief. It’s to sensitive on where your eye is to get a full view. Very little room for error for me but maybe ok for you.

I have read some of these reviews and actually a little shocked at the bad ones. I have this on a Rossi 92 44 magnum. I have about 50 rounds through it and holds zero fine. Have not had any issues with his particular one. I am probably going to get another one. We'll see how that goes.

So I had high hopes but upon quick arrival discovered massive amount of dust on the inside of the lens. Also no matter where I tried to aim on distance sight picture was blurry. Could just be a dud?

Good eye relief for two hand shooting with somewhat bent arms. Not useful for single handed shooting, you can still use it but the spot you will see is just the bullseye. It adds so much weight that the 2X magnification cannot make up for it, you'll just see the target shaking more. For single handed shooting you're better off with a light weight red dot, but for those occasions when you need to place a shot well with a handgun and have the time to aim with support, it is very useful.

I can hold about a grapefruit sized group at 25m with this scope on my revolver, which really isn't any better than what I could do with iron sights. The only difference I have seen with using the scope is that I can keep a good sight picture a bit better/faster than with irons.
