Update: Turns out I either didn't wipe it off completely or it keeps working because I got back from going out to dinner, the counter looked about 95% clear! Used to look like the Olympic symbol and then some. Sure it's expensive, but far far cheaper than new counters! So I would suggest if it doesn't work at first to do a second treatment, and maybe bump up the wait time a while. , so be aware that once it is clean your wood will look dry and need to be cleaned off thoroughly then reoiled/ waxed or however you choose to seal your counters.Original Post: It didn't completely remove all of my rings. But I'd say it got rid completely of half of them and the other half were lightened down to about 1/3 the original darkness. For some reason one half of one ring just won't go away at all, there was no effect on it. Maybe I'll treat it a third time tomorrow and see...My point is that overall it works pretty darn well. One can't really imagine that any product would work 100% of the time.

This was such a great find. Nothing worse than wine or blueberry stains on your Rubio floor. This Tannin Remover works like magic. Had a few spot stains on our Rubio wood floor finish and no matter what I tried the stains would not come out. Found this Tannin Remover, sprayed a little on the spots, left it there for a minute and the stain literally disappeared in from off my eyes. Great product! I highly recommend.

I have these water-based stands on a rough lumber ash slab, that I wanted to remove, but this product had absolutely no effect on them. Did several treatments as per the instructions on the product, to no avail.

Very expensive and did not work

I used this product on a large dark watermark on my wood countertop. Although the mark wasn’t completely removed, it lightened it several shades to the point where it’s not as noticeable. Will definitely use this again!

I had a dark water spot on a piece of oak furniture. I applied the tannin remover, waited 25 minutes and wiped off and the stain is GONE. No sanding required. This product is a life saver.
