Excellent and well made product. The "metal attachments" are very substantial and keep the seat solidly resting on the bowl without slipping and moving from side to side. Great feature is the self-closing lid. Very happy with this product .. bought 2 this time following the first one I bought a few months ago. Heavy molded seat. Well worth the slightly higher price.

I ordered this brand in the past it had the same grade hinge witch is outstanding ,but now I ordered this seat, and they changed the fastener bolts made it complicated and I think ruined a perfect design, it was difficult for me to install and was loose once I did install it, the fasters fell apart real fast and had to put it back together or tighten it repeatedly, it fell completely apart, I got it back together and so far so good, but if this is the replacement to the more simple design, I would have to say, why redesign a perfect top notch product ?

Good, solid toilet seat that never slams shut. Not flimsy plastic. Not cushiony rubber that hisses air when you sit down. As toilet seats go, I like it!

I never envisioned myself writing a review of a toilet seat, but this one is very nice. It really looks like quality with the highly polished hardware and excellent craftsmanship. And the lid does go down softly, just as advertised. It may have cost a bit more, but I'm glad I spent the money.

Well made. Fits my round American standard. Assembly was very frustrating and there were no instructions. The white seat is not as white as the commode. Doesn't slip at all.
