As was assured by Dr. Boz, this exogenous ketone product has an authentic chocolate flavor, and increased my ketone level similar to Dr. Boz's raspberry lemonade exogenous ketone product. With BOTH, I use half a scoop twice a day and my ketones in one measure went up .7 from .7mmol to 1.4. The raspberry lemonade flavor went up from .6 mmol to 1.8 mmol. I am going to use the exogenous ketones for about 2 weeks to make my body more accustomed to having ketones used for energy. I have had moderate success without using exogenous ketones but it hasn't been as consistent. This chocolate version is absolutely fabulous. It really satisfies my taste for a chocolate drink, and is satiating. No chalkiness, no aftertaste. The only thing missing in a rich texture mouth feel you are expecting to equal the rich chocolate flavor. Will definitely buy again as funds are available.

This smells like s Swiss Miss Cocoa packet, mixes smooth and taste great with just cold water.

I love these too much. they are too good. I had to order the other ones in a can to start with, because these are so good Im afraid they will feed my food addiction & cause me to crave chocolate & fall off the keto wagon! I will save them for later when I'm farther along on my keto continuum journey. Hope the other ones don't taste this good / lol 😂

I tried a different brand of ketone supplement that I bought locally. I could hardly choke it down - had to dilute and dilute it to make it halfway palatable. This one I can use half a packet and get a decent hot chocolate beverage. I like it best with added dry cocoa (about a Tablespoon), 3 or 4 T heavy cream, and 1 - 2 T melted coconut oil Very nice flavor that way.

Great taste. Easy to use. Convenient. Most importantly helps achieve ketosis.

This is so concentrated I only use about 1/3 of the packet at a time which makes them a bargin for Amercian sourced supplements. It gives me quite a few hours of energy when I was transitioning to keto. Also if you fall off Keto this will help you get back on track. I like to know the ingredients are sourced and made in America for safety! If you are thinking of getting any ketones these are the ones you should try. Remember they are really powerful so don't try a whole packet at once as ketones can cause Diarrhea. Just take it slow starting out!

Hands down, best tasting chocolate BHB on the market. Way better than Perfect Keto's. A bit pricey, but I only use half a packet at a time and only when I need to get through a carb craving. Blends well into coffee. I also mix it with just plain water w/ice, shake it up, and sip on it through the day if I'm prepping for a fast.

This product actually made my keytones drop and glucose rise to 92 when normally around 80. I tested two times. Got exactly same results both times. Stevia does not raise my glucose. I use it all the time in drinks like tea, coffee etc. I suppose the cocoa in this product is the culprit.
