Anastasia Beverly Hills - Mini Eye Primer

I have very dark eye circles. You just need a tiny little drop of this primer to cover both under eye areas. The consistency changes from a cream to almost powder. Wait one minute before applying concealer on top of it. Your concealer will last all day without settling into creases. I highly recommend this product.

Very liquidy. Coverage was just ok. Seemed somewhat drying. Wouldn’t get it again. Definitely wouldn’t travel with it again as it really came pouring out in the hotel when I opened it.

This primer works well but you don’t need to put a lot on. Use it sparingly.
