What's to say, it's cheaper than buying local and works amazing for nearly everything. Seals great to nearly every surface every time.

If you use it according to directions it works GREAT, and is easier than traditional caulks
Clear, strong adhesion on a wide variety of materials. Very clear, can be painted.If you read the directions (unlike some reviewers) you will learn that it can be smoothed using soapy water on your finger or tool. I use my fingers and keep dipping them in soapy water - this gives an excellent finish and is MUCH EASIER (and less messy) than traditional caulk.

Bright white is better
Good but I think the bright white version is easier to work with. Probably why it’s harder to find.

Best adhesive caulk I have ever used and stays clear!! You do have to move fast with the caulking as it drys fast.
